You have earned your triumph,
yet you keep on searching
for other people's victories
with the intention of comparing,
not because you want to express a gratitude-
well, that shows your attitude.

Grieving over your loss is all useless
just as how all the luxuries you find priceless
so are the precious things that you never want to appreciate.

And when He takes it all
that's when you know how to beg,
unlike those times you barely give Him a call.

That's when you really wish for His blessing
but no,
you cannot think of receiving anything
unless you think of giving a solid gratitude in return.
