Learning about the Ceramony

Amber's POV:

We all sat in a cycle on then floor. Nina sat next to Fabian, who sat next to Patricia, she was sitting next to Alfie, and I sat I between Alfie and Nina. We put the book in the middle of the cycle and opened it. There were lots of word's and a few pictures. Fabian was holding Nina's hand. Awwww Fabina forever! I love them together just like I love Peddie (Eddie and Patricia)! I wish I had I boyfriend like that. I mean Alfie has been trying to persuade me to go out with him for a while now.
"So what dose it say!" I said getting impatient.
"Well here it's talking about how the ceremony can only work with the chosen one." Fabian said pointing to the second paragraph on the page.
"It can only be preformed on a full moon every 25 years." Nina pipped in
"Hey, Isn't there a full moon in two weeks?" Patricia asked.
"yeah!" Fabian answered looking over at Nina concerned. I saw him give we hand a little squeeze and smiled at her. I smiled, they were just to cute together.
"So we have to keep Nina safe for two weeks?" Alfie asked
"Pretty much!" Fabian answered. Nina let go of his hand and took the book. she put it in her lap and started reading.
"What happen's in the ceremony?" I asked looking over at Nina.
"That's what I'm looking for!" She replied
"Keeping one person safe from one person for two week's seem's easy enough!" Alfie said
"Finally! An easy quest! Thank you Robert Frobisher Smythe!" I said happily
"Well it might not only be Mr.Morris we have to keep her safe from. What about victor and the others. There alway's after us."
"Guy's can we finish this in the morning I'm tired." Nina said closing the book. We all looked over at her then exchanged looks.
"Shore!" Fabian replied. We all got up Patricia left and went back to her room. Alfie crept back down stairs and I went I to the bathroom. Fabian stayed in the room with Nina.

Fabian's POV:

When Nina asked of we could finish our meeting in the morning I knew something was up. Everyone left the room except me. I walked over to Nina who was now sitting on her bed. I sat next to her.
"Are you ok?" I asked looking at her
"Yeah, I'm fine." she replied looking over at me and then back at the floor
"Are you feeling ok?" I asked
"Fabian, I'm fine really." she said looking at me. I took her hand and intertwined our fingers.
"I just want to keep you safe!" I exclaimed
"I know. I'm just worried about this whole ceremony thing." she said looking the book in her lap.
"Did you read something?That made you uncomfortable?" I asked
"Maybe?" she answered
"What was it?" I asked
"The ceremony can happen on any full moon or new moon the first two months of the school year every 25 years. So basically you have to keep me safe for two month's not two weeks." She answered looking at me with a concerned look on her face. She looked like she was on the verge of crying. I pulled her into a hug and let her cry into my chest.
"It's ok! everything will be ok!" I told her. I bent down and kissed her four head. The. Amber walked back in and smiled at us. I knew what she was thinking in that pretty blind head of hers. Nina pulled put of our hug and looked at me. She smiled and wiped away any tears left on her face. I got up wishing her good night and walked out of their room. I crept back down stairs and into my room. After closing the door quietly I turned around to find Eddie sitting in the edge on his bed.
"Where have you been?' he asked a smirk on his face.
"I was.......Um........ Helping Nina with something for a project." I answered going over to my bed and lying down.
"Yeah... shore... A project." He said slightly sarcastic.

The Next morning:

I woke up and got into my school uniform. The Eddie came in from the bathroom.
"So when are you going to tell me what you were really doing last night?" He asked grabbing his books and shoving them in his bag.
"I told you I was helping Nina with something." I said
"Yeah. But you were obviously lying. Trust me I'm the king of lying." Eddie said
"No way." I said. Obviously Nina was. But I couldn't tell him that. It would just raise more questions.
"Yeah way! So.... what were doing last night?!" Eddie asked getting impatient.
"Nothing ok so just drop it!" I snapped
"Wow! Dude chill out a bit." he said putting his hands up in surrender.

I walked out and went to breakfast. I sat next to Nina. Amber was next to her and the. There was Patricia. Alfie was in the kitchen shoving food into his mouth and usual. Nina didn't look to good though. She was pale white. Se had bags under her eye's. Se looked plain horrible.
"Nina are you ok?" I asked
"What..... yeah I'm fine." she said quietly
"Listen we have a problem. Eddie caught me sneaking back into our room last night. And he's asking questions." I said. Nina looked at me like she was freaking out.
"What did you say!" She said eagerly.
"Nothing! I told him I was helping you with a project. But he didn't by it." I explained
Nina relaxed a little bit but she still looked horrible.
"Nina maybe you shouldn't go to school today you look horrible." I said trying to sound concerned.
"I haven't been sleeping well. But I'll be fine. Don't worry" she said giving me a weak smile.
"Nina!" I said firmly "You need to get some sleep! I think you should stay here and get some rest ok."
"But I can't what abo-"
"It wasn't an Option." I said giving her a small smile.
"Ok." she said "I'm gunna go find Trudy" and with that Nina got up and left the room.
