Finn's POV

I woke up Monday morning with a smile on my face, getting out of bed I jumped into the shower. Once I was done I dressed and went down for breakfast. Walking into the kitchen my mom and Kurt were talking about wedding stuff. "Morning guys, what's up?" I asked and walked over to kiss my mom on the cheek.

"Morning sweetie, we are going over wedding plans, if you want to help." My mom said smiling.

"Umm...sure, what do you guys have planned so far?" I asked taking a seat at the table

"Well since they are getting married Christmas eve, the church will already be decorated so we won't need to worry about that part. For the reception we chose to do a rustic theme, cream and chocolate brown are the colors your mom wanted to use. The bridesmaids dresses will also be chocolate floor length dresses and the groomsmen will wear black and cream tuxes and wear a chocolate brown tie. What do you think so far?" As Kurt explained everything to me I thought it sounded just like our parents.

"Wow I think that's perfect, where will the reception be?" I asked him

"The reception will be at Spenserville cabins, since its christmas the reception will be on December 27th." He said

"That's perfect, I can't wait to see what else you guys come up with" I said smiling. I was worried Kurt would have a hard time with my mom but it looked like he's been planning this for a long time.

"Did you and Rachel pick out a dress yet?"

"No but we are going tomorrow afternoon to look" my mom answered

"What about your dress mom?"

"Yes I have my dress, I bought it last week and will pick it up December 19th"

"Okay good, oh and Kurt when do we have to pick out a tux?"

"We will go tomorrow with the girls, I need to be there to help pick out dresses" he said clapping his hands together happily. He cracks me up.

"Okay, this should be fun" I said laughing. While we were talking I felt my phone vibrate and smiled when I saw Rachel's name.

Smiling I sent her one back

* of course, I'm free all day, what do you want to do? *Finn*

* let's go to DQ in town, I'm craving ice cream *Rachel*

* sounds good, is it cool if Aidan tags along? *Finn*

* yes that's fine, come over around noon, love you *Rachel*

* see you soon baby, love you too *Finn*

After I sent the last text I went upstairs to get ready for the day.

"Hey Finn, is there anything you would like to do at the wedding? I feel like I haven't included you In the plans at all" Kurt asked me when I came back down stairs.

"Well I want glee club to perform but I would love to sing a song for the mother and son dance" I said.

"Oh really? What song?" Kurt asked.

"Mama by Boyz 2 men" I told him. I loved that song and I always thought of my mom when I would hear the song.

"That will be perfect Finn, she will be so surprised."

"Yeah I know, make sure you have tissues ready" I said smiling.

"I will, okay, I have to run to the florist with Carol. Bye" Kurt said and walked out the front door.
