33-Elevator is out, take the stairs

"hope...hope... Hope... Come on work with me HOPE! Breath come on!" I heard Aiden's voice it was filled with worry and his voice was slightly cracked suddenly it felt like the air in my lungs was refilled.

I coughed the remaining water out and that made my throat hurt and my chest was on fire as Aiden hold me close to him, his warm body was smoothing I could feel his heartbeat fast but steady... It was calming

"Don't ever do that again... You almost gave me a heart attack!" Aiden exclaimed worried I look at Lisa she was looking at the ground "did you get it?" I asked she nods showing me a Gem covered in a cloth "what happened?" she asked I shook my head "I don't know one moment I'm fine the next I saw eyes" I said Brian looks at me "eyes?" he asked I nod "red eyes and sharp teeth, wolf teeth it almost looked like..." I stopped Aiden looks at me

"No way..."

Brian groans "that guy?? I can't stand that guy!" Brian cried out "Daniel is the least of our problems right now," I said Lisa chuckled "oh I wish..."

"What does that mean?" I asked as Aiden gives a heavy sigh "why do I have a feeling that this is much worse than I think it is?" I asked Lisa and Aiden nods

"Daniel is a..." Aiden looks at Brian

"he is a... wolf Aiden you've killed wolves before?" I asked he sighs

"he's not a normal wolf..." Lisa said

I was confused "then what is he a butterfly?" I asked sarcastically Aiden was looking at the ground but after I talked he looks up

"he's an alpha wolf  but not like a normal alpha he has already grown into his full size he isn't a wolf he is a very very dangerous creature that despises me... and I am on top of his death list this is Grant he wants to get into my head he wants to scare me," Aiden said Immediately Lisa shakes her head

"I don't think so... Think about it he attacks the school searching for Hope... He then attacks her searching for Hope... he sends a wolf to find Hope to...?" Lisa was waiting for Aiden to figure it out but I already did "I can touch the Gem" I finished she nods

"Bingo," Lisa said Aiden looks at me

"to destroy a family he needs a dale witch" Brian said

"We have to get out of here and find Holly if Grant wants us dead he's coming for something and that's Hope and the Gem she's the only one that can work with it," Aiden said we all agreed Lisa gives me the Gem it was in cloth I gently take it and examine it.

It was a beautiful green stone I admire the stone for its beauty but that changes when I realize how dangerous this is... Soon we arrived at my father's safe house he had built in a safe location after me and my brother were born.

"Where's Walter and Ella they were supposed to be back this morning?" I asked Ella sighed "he took your dad and Walter," she said standing in the door frame.

I gasp as the pain in my stomach becomes more and more my breathing was uncontrollably fast I couldn't feel my legs actually, to be honest, I couldn't feel anything I felt like jelly

"What are we going to do?" I was panicking as Aiden looks up at Brian "That's it Grant is taking this too far" Aiden said he was mad he was very mad.

"What are you going to do?" I asked Aiden looks at Brian "First I am going to kill that Ben guy then I'm killing Grant" he said Lisa looks at Brian "we're in" she said.

And immediately Aiden shakes his head "no way nobody gets involved" he said Lisa laughs quietly "you don't have to decide for us hotshot we're doing this to protect you both so stop being an ass and let's get to work" Lisa said Aiden was shocked but then his expression changes into an impressed one.

I chuckled "alright so what is the plan?" Brian asked I smiled "Hope and I will talk to Ben and you three can figure out what to do with that Gem," Aiden says Ella steps forward. 

"Didn't you have a plan for it in the past?" Ella asked Aiden laughed "My father said he wanted to lock it away because if a witch breaks it near a Valentine they die," Aiden said Ella, Lisa, and Brian nods

"You guys and your families have serious issues," Brian said "Ella stay inside Brian will put a protection spell on the house," I said looking at Brian as he nods.

Aiden turns to me holding his hand out for me "you ready?" he asked making me smile

"Always"

Grant's POV(*evil laugh*)

In the middle of the frikken town that's where this idiot is... I know he has been keeping an eye on them if he tests me today I'm ripping his throat out.

I walked to the desk thingy "hello I was wondering it is my friend's birthday and I came here to visit, a surprise visit can you maybe tell me his room number?" I asked she smiles "his name?" She asked her voice actually gave me a headache "Daniel" I said she nods

"Room 342 on the fifth floor," she said I smiled "thank you," I said she smiles urghh "oh and sir the elevator is out of order they are fixing a little problem but it will be working in 2 hours," she said I faked the best smile "no worries stairs is great," I said

I look at the stairs... This day just keeps on getting better.

A few... no let me rephrase that a lot of stairs later I was on the fifth floor walking to his room 

And knocked on the door

"Who is it?" I heard Daniel's voice I decided screw this "open this door before I break it off and throw you out the window!" I demanded I heard a click and the door slowly open.

"Morning sunshine wonderful mood you're in," Daniel said I walk in "don't test me Daniel I'm annoyed by that girl at the front desk and I had to climb all those dam stairs so I am warning you if you still want your heart in your body I suggest you don't test me" I warned he was shocked "fine what do you want?" he asked I fold my arms "A proposal?" I asked.

He rolls his eyes "you have to be kidding me" he said walking to his kitchen "alright what if I told you... It involves killing Hope and Aiden?" I finished he turns around facing me  

"good start I'm listening," he said I smirk

"you get to kill Hope for all the pain she has caused you," I said he smirk "and Aiden?" he asked I laughed evilly "leave that to me," I said
