Aiden's POV

I'm super pissed... I almost lost it in front of Hope, I tap my foot impatiently waiting for Daniel to wake up.

After a while, he came by George stood next to me.

"Just stay calm, he's can be very difficult," George said I nod "so am I," I said looking back at him.

See in the previous school Daniel was smart like genius smart, still is and I was the well bad boy of course and one day his girl started flirting with me I didn't know it was his girlfriend...and he thought that I was flirting with her and well he raged out yelling and fighting me even though I had nothing to do with this she came to me but okay anyway so he has never liked me and this gave him the more reason to kill me!

Daniel's eyes shot open and they saw me "you little-" he started but George cut him off "okay I know sorry but No swear words please," he said I nod "who knew a frying pan can do so much damage?" I asked chuckling Daniel growled "yell scream whatever as long as you feel better go ahead," I said he looks at me rolling his eyes

"You took her away from me," he said I sighed "I have said this a hundred times I didn't she came to me and decided to stick her tongue down my throat," I said but that only pissed him off more "you are lying!" 

"okay enough! Daniel calm down everyone knew she was a cheater and can you really blame Aiden, the issue now is that both of you put Hope's life in danger especially you Daniel! How can you protect her if you can't even talk without fighting? you two better sort out whatever this is Hope doesn't need you two fighting all the time" George said in a serious tone, he did have a point.

"look Daniel I know you despise me and well I'm not a fan of you either but Hope has been your best friend for a very long time if you go out with her and break her heart she can't go to someone that will comfort her well Mia can but she needs a male best friend to do that and punch the guy who broke her heart and you can't punch yourself," I said being honest 

he sighed "I can't believe I'm actually saying it but Valentine...you have changed thank you," he said I smiled I knew I was a wreck it was terrible

But I'm fine now, I wonder what's Hope up to?

I quickly get my phone out

Hope:

Hey, what are you doing?

I waited a few seconds before she texted back

Hope- hanging out with dad my real one stepdad told me the truth

wow that's insane... will I see you tomorrow?

Hope- I know right, yep. see tomo

I smile

sending her a goodnight message. I sat in my car

I sighed "I don't always get the girl especially this one," I said to myself

Hope's POV

I got Mia and Daniel up to date with the whole dad issue but something wasn't right, Daniel was he was acting like he was happy but inside he was devastated ...I'll ask him later.

I look around usually Aiden is with Brian at their lockers that were across from ours but they were nowhere to be seen it made me actually worry why? Honestly, I don't know I walk in and sat down the teacher just looked up and went on with the work she was busy with
