(All of the poetry I wrote at the top of each chapter. I wrote these.)

And the flower started to burn,

Its petals stretched into ash

The mind starts to learn

And change happens in a flash.

The flames already consuming

And what leads to undoing

But there's no gentle cure.

Hard and painful instructions

Ones that require touching

And tainting what is pure.

And I feel so unsure and alone

Hoping to find myself in this new home

But you're not helping me again

And no one seems to understand.

"People don't just change over night.

And the burn doesn't just go away.

Flowers are awaiting their flight.

To give their love away."

"As the flower reaches anthesis, and ready for love

As the flames turns to cinder

The wolves howl at the moon above

The hardened heart gives itself to who's affection it rendered."

"Sometimes growth is slow."

"Such a beautiful lily blooms

In the heart of any dark rooms.

He smiles even through adversity

Pushing through dirt rather assertively.

Wolves are wild and so are we

We grow and change from who we use to be

We'll love more in time and change

Nothing ever completely stays the same.

Sparks or flames, either way it would end in fire.

You may snatch up her petals

You may force her into ruins

But that flower was a beauty

And will lead to undoing

You can wither her stem and and never water her again

But she was still that beauty.

Flowers that burn make beautiful ashes.

The beauty of life, is that it always renews

Even with destruction and pain

Beauty can bloom

A painful past can hurt and consume

But instead you look towards the positive
