When Lou and I reached the studio, we parked in the employee and client parking, avoiding screaming fans out front.

I followed Louis silently through the back doors and up to the level that we had been in yesterday.

“Finally you too!”

cried Tony has we strolled in.

I had my hands in my pockets, reading some of the awards on the wall as I walked along.

Louis joined Tony and the boys at the big conference desk, all of them chatting amongst themselves.

“Hi Amelie,”

said Niall coming over and standing next to me.

I smiled at his chirpy personality, waving.

“You guys are so…famous,”

I sighed reading all the inscriptions.

Niall laughed leaning against the wall.

“I guess,”

he shrugged and I gave him a look, shaking my head.

“It’s amazing,”

I reassured him.

He grinned before heading back to the desk, sliding across the room in his chair.

I slid into one next to him, the boys all saying hello as I joined them.

I realised Harry wasn’t there.

“Are we waiting for Harry and Paul?”

I asked curiously, breaking the awkward glances between Louis and I.

Someone cleared their throat and I turned to see Harry standing behind my chair, nearly giving me a fright.

“Hi to you too,”

I mumbled as Harry sat on my other side.

He laughed, sinking into his own chair.

“Paul’s on his way up,”

nodded Harry to Tony, glancing at me cheekily.

I really didn’t know what to expect in this meeting.

We all sat in silence till we heard the ding of the elevator and out came Paul with McDonald’s bag, sending a heavenly greasy smell.

“Paul, have I ever told you how much I love you?”

grinned Niall arms out to hug Paul as he came to the table.

Paul laughed loudly, dropping the McDonald’s bag on the table with a cardboard tray of iced drinks.

“Snacks,”

he said as Niall’s head disappeared in the bag.

Everyone watched curiously till he popped back up, pulling out hot pies and fries. (I rhymed!)

The boys started handing around the food, passing it along.

“Amelie?”

offered Harry with a milkshake.

I declined shaking my head.

“No thank you, Lou and I just had ice-cream,”

I smiled playing with the signet ring on my finger.

“You have to have one, there’s enough for everyone,”

he said putting it in front of my face.
