"I was beginning to think I was truly forgotten." I smiled as Robyn stared up with a raised eyebrow.

"Never! Things have just been crazy backstage as you can imagine Dean and Seth are not too happy about having to go on about you. "

I sighed, " I'm not sure if that's good or bad"

"Me neither Roman but I'm pretty sure once you get back things will be okay. Luckily they have a couple more weeks to cool off. I have seen the rumours and if they are true I'll be so mad"

"Why on earth would you be mad?" I frowned.

"Because Joe! I am not your best friend's girlfriend and your girlfriend's soul sista to find out like everybody else and..."

"We aren't , I'll put Rihanna on" I cut her off before she spoke my ear off and mouthed that it was Renee before handing it to her as I didn't feel like Renee going on about babies.

"Hey girl!" Robyn smiled as they caught up.

I walked back into the house to get some lunch ready .

I hadn't exactly stuck to what Robyn asked as I was sure you could call my ranting outside to my parents, well more my dad while the family was inside going, crazy but I couldn't handle it.

They, well my dad was way out of line with accusing me of things I would never do just by this one mistake. And not only was he accusing me of things, he was blaming my woman.

"You know the family sticks together son no matter what. But like you said, things are much different to my days and I am just afraid that you could be going down the wrong path because of the pressure being put on you. Yes, you are a grown man and you have always been level headed but that doesn't mean you can't be taking the wrong turn now"

He shrugged as he stared at me not giving me an answer to my previous question and I sighed.

"I get that dad I honestly do, but I don't want your fears for me to end up like that to cause you to hate on Robyn. Yes, there is more exposure but that is out of my hands and on me for falling in love with a woman of her stature. You guys said you liked her after meeting her and I honestly believed it but now you just change it all , just like that?" I shook my head as I fiddled with my sunglasses in my hand.

"I apologize and I will apologize to Robyn again. I was dealing with the family coming over here asking and you not showing your face here. I let my temper get the better of me.."

"I don't want you to apologize to her because I don't want her to feel awkward or like you were forced. I just want.. do not want you to lie to me. If you don't like her even after her spending the day with the family then say it. Don't pretend and then be quick to judge her. I would like for my girlfriend to come to family things like this to see how we do things, to be part of that family but if that's..." I knew it would hurt them not approving but I wasn't going to force anything.

"I don't dislike her and I am sorry, but you have to understand you are my son. So while I might like Robyn and like how she interacts with the family despite the perception your mother and I got from her before. In the end, you are my son. You are my family and right now you and your cousins are representing this family. So whether it was you or them it would be the same "

"You wouldn't be blaming their wives though would you?"

He sighed.

"She is not your wife Leakee and their wives aren't all over.."
