Artemis got back to the Hunters to explain the situation with Percy. All of them were sad to lose their brother, but Andy took it the hardest. She never met her father, then Gabe killed her mother, Artemis took care of that, she met her real father who called both her and Percy 'a mistake', she got a new family, but now she lost Percy. She couldn't imagine her being in a family without him. They were always together, but not anymore. She ran to her tent and colapsed on her cot. She hugged her pillow close while she sobbed.

Artemis came after her to see how she was holding up. The answer:badly. The goddess gently pried the 7 years old from the pillow and hugged her, rocking her back and forth. She assured the girl that she still had a family. The Hunters will always have her back. And most of all:she will see Percy again, someday.
No one knew how soon that will be.
