Chapter seven:
Replay: it's just how am I going to break up with Jamie?
what have I gotten my self into?
Start:
"Hurry up!" I yell as I pull Roxcyde down the pathway towards the cafeteria, "Hey there Lolly what's the rush?" he yanks on the cuff chains stopping us both, I glare at him, "What's wrong, you've been grumpy all morning?" he asked calmly grabbing hold of my hand, just by that one small contact sent shivers down my spine. "I-I- I don't know just hurry up!" I was starting to lose my patience, yanking my hand free of his I started forward again but was stopped as I felt to smooth big arms wrap around my waist from behind, my back connected with his lean hard chest, I struggled to get out of his arms but his grip only tightened. "Come on Lolly what's wrong?" he whispered in my ear, ever since this morning he has been calling me lolly it's kind of annoying now. "Stop calling me that, your what's wrong," I said the last part rather bluntly, but his gripped did not loosen it seemed to have gotten tighter if that was even possible. "I don't know what you mean?" he said confusingly in my ear while kissing the side of my neck, "That's it, that's the problem!" I said a bit to loudly pulling out of his arms, he turned me around so that we were face to face, he face was marked in confusion so I continued, "You're the problem, I'm not your girlfriend I have a loyal boyfriend," as I was speaking it didn't seem to be getting into his head because he started smirking, "I think I can take care of him no problem," I covered my eyes in frustration, "O.k. get this through your head, there is no us, o.k.," he stared at me searching for something or anything to show that I was kidding, but right this moment I was dead serious, then he merely shrugged and grab hold of my hand tightly in his and pulled me through the cafeteria door, which I hadn't notice was there. Making our way silently to our table I could already see the gang eating but to the left of Magic there was a girl I had not seen before, she had black hair with red streaks on the right side, her face was small her eyes fiery brown almost like maroon, if that's even possible, she had on thick scarlet lipstick on and a nice shade of red eye shadow, if she was trying for the emo look I'd say she was way to pretty to be one although she did look rather nice just like this a pretty emo. "Hey Lorell!" exclaimed Magic, I smiled at her sweetly, "Hey Magic," we arrived at the table just as a red head rushed to the table breathing heavily, she flung herself at me, I heard someone yell "No!" but it was to late just inches before the girl was about to hit me surges of power raced through my body then instantly my body threw up a shield, the blinding green light was all I could see I had to cover my eyes. I could hear a girl screaming and then cut off as I heard a crack. I slowly opened my eyes, my vision was blurry but everything was coming into focus, my eyes widen as a saw the scene in front of me. My eyes widen as I looked around me, every one was scattered around the cafeteria on the ground, some were piled on top of each other, tables and chairs were everywhere. I still stood in the same spot but our table was no longer there I heard groans from the students, I scanned the cafeteria for my friends but I could no recognise anyone because they were all flat on their stomachs, at this point I wondered why no one was making a attempt to stand up or better yet sit up, what have I done , I thought. I looked down at myself and as usual my body was surrounded in a green light, I could still feel the my power racing through my body, and god did it make me feel so powerful. I flexed my hands, and made a little green ball in my hand it was so beautiful I threw it against the nearest wall, it made contact and left quiet a big crack in the wall, I've never learned how to use my powers nor about what they were capable of what to do. "Lorell what are you doing!!" I snapped out of my daze and looked around the cafeteria, I had totally forgotten about everything. "Lorell, what are you doing to us!?" the only thing that I could figure out was that the voice belong to Roxcyde but the rest I had no idea. People were still not moving although I could hear hushed whispers and groans, I looked round frantically everything around me was starting to sink in now, "I'm not doing anything, I'm just standing here!" I yell while spinning round not knowing which way to speak since I didn't know where he was. "Your doing something because we can't move!" he shouted back, I had no idea what I was doing to make them not move but obviously I was causing it. "If it's me then how do I stop it!?" I asked swaying from side to side, I was suddenly feeling weak and tired. "Are you kidding me! You don't know what your doing!!" someone else shouts, then like that voice was a alarm everyone started talking, "What's happening?" "Is she doing this?" "I think I broke my arm" they were all starting to give me a headache and it didn't help that I felt weak all of a sudden, my mind was reeling, the cafeteria was blurry up. Then the cafeteria doors burst open, standing in the door way was a shocked looking Helena. She stared around the room then finally her eyes landed on me, "What have you done?" she asked taking a step into the room her eyes never leaving me, "I don't know it just happened!" I had to shout over everyone's voices, "Silence!" Helena shouted, the cafeteria was in silence, "Now explain," I started walking towards her, but as I moved the tables started to recoil away from me, I took another step and the table went back, I stared in confusion, "Just stay there Lorell," I looked back at Helena she was looking at me trying to figure out what was happening. "Lorell what exactly is your special ability?" I hesitated before telling her and I didn't know why, "I'm not sure what my true power is because I don't have just one," she nodded, "What do you feel right this moment?" I took my time thinking about the question, "Right now I feel like I am about to pass out or just fall into a deep sleep, " she nodded again, "That green light around you, is that one of you abilities?" I nodded, "Then can you like turn it off, because I think it is the problem," I shook my head, "I'm how can this being causing it, it's only a shield, I can't do anything like.......this but shield myself," I gestured with my hands down my body, "Well we might just see what we're dealing with later, so for now just do what you do to........turn your shield off," I nodded slowly then closed my eyes breathing in and out slowly, I felt my power receding back into me till it filled my entire body like putting a hand inside a glove. I quickly opened my eyes, people were slowly getting to their feet, I stood their shocked as hell, did I do this? But how? "How...........awesome," I whispered mainly only for myself to hear but obviously everyone heard because they all turned and just stared at me, some....well most with shocked expressions. Helena walked up to me and following behind her was Roxcyde, Magic, and the rest of the gang. "Well at least we know who was causing this........whatever this was," Helena said turning round til her back was to me and said loud and clear, "Don't you kids have classes to attend?" everyone stood staring, "Detention!" Helena yelled, making everyone run for the doors, it made me giggle, I mean come on detention can't be that bad, "Oh man you have no idea," I turned to Magic confusion written all over my face, did I say that out loud? She laughed, "No you didn't say that out loud, I read minds," she pointed to her head, oh. "Yeah she's a total freak," Jye said grabbing her round the waist and pulling her to him, she squealed and smacked at his arms, they were so cute. "Lolly, are you alright," I turned to Roxcyde, this time I really looked at him. He had a purple bruise on the side of his cheek, and his bottom lip had a cut on it, and without hesitation I closed the last two steps between us and lightly placed my hand on his bruised cheek. I lightly traced it with my fingers and with my other hand I traced his bottom lip with my thumb, his eyes shut, I felt his hands snake around my waist and pulled me closer so that our bodies, that's when I went rigid, I was not suppose to encourage him, but just by looking at him made me lose my control, even with a bruise he was sexy as hell, why was I even doing this I have a boyfriend. His eyes snapped opened as I pulled away from him, taking two steps back from him. He smiled and wink, the jerk. "Lorell," I jumped a bit then turned round to face Helena who was standing behind me, we were still in the cafeteria but it was just us three left, where did the others go? "What you did today, have you ever done it before?" I shook my head, "Hm o.k. from this day on I'll will be your trainer," uh? "My trainer?" she nodded "Yes what else do you expect to do at this school math? Because if that's what you came here for your at the wrong school, at this school we learn how to use and control our powers," "Cool, this will be awesome," I exclaim clapping my hands together, "Oh it will be.........um and how did you break out of my cuffs?" I looked down at where the cuffs were recently but there was nothing their but a pale line.

"Try harder hold it their!" Helena yelled, sweat beaded down my face, "I can't!" I shout, my hands shaking, right now I had my arms spread wide, palms opened each just inches from big circle boulders. I stood in the middle of the boulders, my eyes blazing green, I was trying to move the boulders with my shield, but I had no idea how, all I was doing was holding up a shield around my body, that was all I knew how to do, I felt drained. "O.k. stop," she said walking up to me, we were practicing on a huge open field surrounded by trees, apparently they had five big fields. My arms sagged to the side of my body, I slowly withdrew the shield, "This is not working, we have been at this for about two hours, and nothing has changed these boulders are at least ten tonne each," I wiped off the sweat from my forehead with my sleave, "Actually they weigh twenty tonne each.....but that's not the point, have you experimented with your powers before, like have you tried to see what they could do?" I thought about it, "No not really," she sighed "Alright, remember how when you said you didn't know your true power in the cafeteria?" I nodded encouraging her to continue, "What are your other abilities?" "How about just another ability," her eyebrows raised but she said nothing, "I mean I've only got two main powers," she tilted her head back "Oh, so what is the other one then?" instead of telling her I decided to show her, I smiled then facing my open palm down towards her feet, "What-" Helena started but stopped as the ground started to shake, it took her off balance, she fell flat on her ass. Immediately I whispered, "Bound," the earths roots burst through the grass and wrapped around her whole body, Helena was now flat on her back looking up at me with wonderment. I folded my arms across my chest and said, "How was that?" she smiled, "Not bad at all, you're a earth user as well as a force user a very rare type you are," rare me? "That's enough for today, we will work on something different tomorrow," I nodded and was about to let her go but she stopped me, "Oh no that won't be necessary," with that she disappeared. I looked around the field all I could see were trees how did she expect me to get back? "Helena!" I shout, but their was no answer, I was about to yell but I heard a branch snap, I spun round to see a dirty looking Mike. "Hey Mike," I said as I approached him, "Hey Lorell," he smiled, "You wouldn't happen to know which way school is?" he laughed, "Of course I do Helena sent me to get you......you didn't think she would just leave you here in the woods do you?" oh hell I don't know what to think Helena is one weird lady.
"Mike, one question," we were trudging through the trees, it was a lot easier getting to the field than hiking back. "And what may that question be?" he asked glancing over his shoulder, "Ah why are you so dirty?" his top was practically covered in mud, his hair had little bits of twigs and leaves in them and his three quarter fold up shorts were either suppose to be tore and rough or he just feed it to his dog as a chew toy. "You'll see, when we get out of these trees you look exactly like me," what's that suppose to mean?

"I hate you Mike," I stated angrily, walking towards my room, "I did warn you, or maybe just told you that you would look like me," he laughed at my expression, while we were walking in the woods I had managed to trip over god knows what falling into a massive puddle of mud getting it all over my clothes, next I fell into a tree.....well walked into a tree and got a scrap on the side of my forehead, and there are plenty more things I ran or fell into but not going to mention them. "Stupid trees," I muttered before walking up to my door, "Bye Lorell," Mike called out, "Yeah whatever," I said opening the door, before shutting the door I could hear a faint laugh. "Stupid wolf," "Lorell?" a voice I remembered all to well caught my attention, I snapped my gaze to my bed he was sitting there looking at me with surprise.
"Jamie?"
