Writing is like a home to me
I can write the things I never was able to say out loud
I don't have to regret it later
Or take it back
I'm free
No one is in control
Besides
Better to let it out than to hold it in

Because I can say
The things unsaid
And the stories never told
I can form my feelings into words
And express feelings for others
