*The next day*

I woke up to a body tangled in mine.

"Good morning beautiful." A morning voice said to me.

"You're awake." I laughed.

"I couldn't bare to wake you. You looked so cute sleeping."

"It's not the first time you've seen me sleeping."

"But it gets cuter every time."

I rolled over and faced my husband.

"What is on our agenda today?"

"We could just stay in bed all day." He winked.

I playfully pushed him.

"What a dirty mind you have Mr. McCleanan."

"That I do, Mrs. McCleanan."

He lent in, and my lips met his.

"How about we sight see? I've always wanted to see New York."

"Anything you would like."

*a little bit later*

"Where shall we start?"

"Mmm, breakfast sounds nice."

"Then breakfast it is."

(A/N we all know you don't care about the sight seeing, so we're gonna skip ahead to a week later)

"I never knew, New York could get so boring." I sighed.

"We've only been here a week, and you already want to go home?"

(A/N This has nothing to do with anything, but as I type, I read it in a British accent..I think I've been watching too much Game Of Thrones. Carry on.)

"Well, kinda. I mean, it's basically the same thing every day. We get food, we sight see, we come back to the hotel."

"That is why, I saved the best activity for today."

"Which is?"

"How would you like to go to a baseball game?"

"Alan! Did you for real get us tickets to a baseball game?"

"Yes I did." He smiled.

"I love you so much!" I screamed.

"That I know."

"So what shall we do till then?"

"We could walk around Times Square."

"Alright. I guess we can do that."

*a few hours later*

"New York is so beautiful this time of year. Alan?"

"Yes my darling?"

"Have you ever thought of moving here?"

"Why would you want to move, when our friends and family are on the other side of the country?"

"It was just a thought. God."

"We can talk about it later. But right now, we should be heading to the game."

"Alright. I can't wait. Which teams are-" I bumbed into someone.

"I am so sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going."

"It's alright. Happens all the time." She smiled.

She looked over to Alan, and she smiled even more.

"Alan? Didn't think I would ever see you in a place like this."

He stayed quiet.

"You two know each other? I didn't know you knew someone from New York."
