Jack's POV (for whole story)
"Y/N, where do I begin?" I almost silently laughed.
"Before I met you I didn't know what it was like to look at someone and smile for no reason at all. I've never met any one else as unique as you, and I don't just say that because it's cliche, I say it because it's the truth. I've never met anyone who can make me laugh so much, I've never met anyone who makes me as happy, I've never met anyone I can talk freely to. And really, I've never met anyone who's mere presence can actually change my mood like the way yours can"
I look down, shielding my glistening eyes from her.
"I can't get my mind off of how much I love being with you. I know it sounds superfluous, but I can't shake this feeling. Every time I'm with you it's like deja vu from the first time, and everything else in the world is put on hold and goes away. When I'm around you, nothing else exists, nothing else matters, everything is okay; and I love you a bit more every day"
I wipe away a single tear rolling down my cheek, I'm certain she'd hate to see me cry.
"I could talk about you all day and all night, and still have a million things to say. But too many words become meaningless, so I'll just leave it with that you're the most wonderful, amazing, beautiful girl I've ever met"
I lifted my head back up.
"Eternity is a long time.... But never enough time for me to express how much I love you. I am in love with you, Y/N. And god, if I could scream it from the top of Mount Everest, I would"
I swallowed the large, rising lump in my throat.
"Would you do me the honour of making me the happiest alive by marrying me?"
The leaves on the trees rustling grew silent, the wind came to an abrupt halt.
Silence fell on the world, waiting for
Y/N to answer.
I stand up, and walk away from Y/N. I shouldn't of gotten my hopes up so much.
Gravestones don't speak.

THEY'RE KILLING ME.
I couldn't think of a title for ages but as I was writing what Jack was saying, I decided to use a better word than "forever" and I found "eternity" which I think is perfect.
Holy crap this was hard to write
My fingers hurt
And so does my heart
