Trying to stay fit

  I have a couple of weeks off from ballet and I have a conundrum because I have to stay fit.  Normally, I don't worry about staying fit over ballet breaks over the school year because I bike to school.  However, it is summer and I have to find other ways to stay fit.  I swim a little bit but swimming laps is sadly not my thing.  I have been also stretching but I always do that over breaks.  I mostly stretch to improve my splits.  I have been doing burpees  which is when you jump straight up, then you go to a sort of push up positions with your legs bend and then push up position and then the bent push up position again.  Then you start over.  They are actually pretty hard and a good exercise. I also will be doing music for my church's Bible camp so that will be good exercise.  When all else fails and I feel really lazy and need to get some exercise I either walk the dog or jump on the trampoline.  Anyway.
