The seasons passed by and before Scorpius knew it, it was the end of spring. Scorpius woke up, his hair every which way, as usual. That day was Saturday, and he had a game. He got ready and put on his uniform which was a bit too big for him ("You're as skinny as a rat", Rose had said) and the gloves Rose had given him the past Christmas. He went to the locker room where the rest of his team was getting ready. He saw Xavier. They had won every game of the season so far. That day they were playing Hufflepuff. The announcer, a girl called Carolina (pronounced cair-o-leena) called Hufflepuff out onto the field. Cheering broke out among the stands. Carolina called out for Slytherin to come to the middle of the field, next to the Hufflepuffs.

"Five!" Carolina counted down. The players mounted their brooms and got ready.

        "Four!" Scorpius adjusted his goggles.

"Three!" He took a deep breath.

"Two!" This was the game that would determine who won the Championship.

"One! And they're off!" Carolina exclaimed into her microphone. The players took to the sky. Hufflepuff was good, but this year Slytherin was better. It was like any other game with Slytherin, no real suspense, they won again. They won the Quidditch Championship! That year they also won the House Cup. That was just the year when Slytherin won everything.

As usual, they had the end of the year dance. Scorpius celebrated with his friends. Rose sat in the corner, like the year before. Azalea had tried to get Rose to dress up, but she refused. Scorpius walked over to her.

"I knew I'd find you here." He said.

"Yep." Rose continued typing on her computer. As Scorpius sat down next to her, Azalea and Alice appeared.

"Hey, Rose!" Azalea said. She waved at Rose then slightly nodded at Scorpius. He nodded back. Scorpius couldn't help but admire Alice. She looked cute. For a Gryffindor girl, he added in his mind. Rose caught him staring at Alice and kicked his leg.

"Ow." He muttered. By this point, Azalea and Alice had gone.

"What was that for?" Scorpius asked, rubbing the spot where Rose had kicked him.

"Stop hitting on my friend." Rose tightened her ponytail.

        "I wasn't-"

"You were." Rose couldn't help but smile.

"Scor!" A voice shouted. Scorpius could tell Rose knew it was Gloria by the look on her face. Rose leaned closer to her laptop, her eyes focusing on the screen. Gloria had on a pretty white shirt and capris with flats. Her long white blonde hair was in a ponytail like Rose's, only neater. In a flash, her smile turned to a frown and then a look of utter disgust. There was now a huge red stain on her shirt. Albus was next to her with a cup in his hand. He looked mortified. Rose looked up. It didn't take her long to realize what had just happened.

"I'm so, so sorry!" Albus tried to say. It came out as more of a squeak. Dragon crap, thought Scorpius.

"Merlin's Beard!" Elise had appeared at Gloria's side, gawking at the huge red stain on Gloria's shirt.

"Shut up, Elise!" Scolded Gloria. "And get me a towel!" She added.

        "I don't know-"

"Just do it!" Shouted Gloria. More people began to gather around her. A few Muggleborns laughed.

"What are you laughing at?!" She shouted again. They stopped laughing abruptly.

"No, Gloria, they were just-" Rose started.

"Shut up, mudblood!" Gloria yelled and stormed outside. Rose flinched. She hated it when people called her that.

"What's wrong with her?" Rose asked Scorpius. Rose could see Gloria was not just upset about a stupid stain. That had just set her off.

"I don't know. She doesn't want to tell me anything anymore." Replied Scorpius. Elise walked into the Great Hall with a towel. She looked around for Gloria. Scorpius told her where she went.

"I'll talk to her." Said Elise.

"Thank you." Replied Scorpius. Elise went outside. Rose stood up beside Scorpius. She sighed.

"What a great way to end the year." She said.

"I know right." Was all Scorpius could think of to say. Rose walked out of the Great Hall. Scorpius followed her.

"Where are you going?" Scorpius asked.

        "To my dorm." Rose replied.

        "Why?"

        "I'm going to pack."

"What? But we don't have to pack until tomorrow. McGonagall told us to pack after the party."

"I'm done with the party." Said Rose, approaching the portrait guarding the Gryffindor dorm room. Because it was the end of the year, she didn't care if Scorpius heard the password. (The password was rustic tulip in case you were wondering). Rose didn't expect to see anyone when she walked in with Scorpius, but she did. The Gryffindor Head Girl, Sydney, was on a couch sipping what appeared to be tea.

"Sydney? What are you doing here?" Asked Rose.

"Enjoying my last day as a student of Hogwarts." Sydney replied. "Who's your friend?" She asked, nodding towards Scorpius.

"Oh, him? Just a Hufflepuff." Rose said quickly.

"He doesn't look like a Hufflepuff." Said Sydney, sipping more tea. She was right, too. Scorpius had on his Slytherin cloak. He didn't look anything like a Hufflepuff.

"He is, I assure you. You know Hufflepuffs, always dressing in mysterious ways." Rose laughed nervously.

"What the heck, it's the end of the year." Said Sydney, carefree. Rose packed up while Sydney taught Scorpius how to play Scrabble (she had no idea how that started).

The next day, they boarded  the Hogwarts Express. On the train ride home, Scorpius sat with his friends. Zac and Xavier beside him, Gloria and Elise in front of him on the opposite side. Gloria was leaning on the window, looking out. She wasn't talking much. Elise kept trying to cheer everyone up, but the whole situation without Gloria happy.

"I'll buy us all some Chocolate Frogs!" Said Elise. She hoped it would grab their attention. She smiled with satisfaction when it did. Gloria lifted her head. Xavier and Zac perked up. Scorpius smiled. Moral of the story: Chocolate Frogs bring people together, even in the toughest of times.
