I felt a sudden pain in my heart, a pang of discomfort that I couldn't explain. It was strange, considering I barely knew Thomas. I mean, I had just met him, and yet, this feeling tugged at my emotions. It was weird, very, very weird.

"Earth to you, (y/n), do you want to come in or what?" Dylan's voice broke through my thoughts, pulling me back to reality.

"Yeah..." I responded absentmindedly, following Dylan inside the house. As I entered, I couldn't help but feel captivated by the beauty and ambiance of the place. It had a certain charm that instantly drew me in. Lost in my admiration, I failed to notice that Dylan had disappeared from my side.

"Hey, are you (y/n)?" a girl with black hair suddenly appeared before me.

"Yes, and you are?" I asked, trying to place where I had seen her before.

"Kaya," she introduced herself, and suddenly, it clicked. Kaya was the name I had heard before. She was the one Dylan had mentioned, his best friend.

"Looks like you've already met my best friend," Dylan stated, casually draping an arm over my shoulder.

"Yeah," Kaya responded, a knowing smile on her face.

"Come on, guys, everyone's waiting," Dylan urged us, guiding us towards the living room. As we entered, a scene unfolded before me—a room filled with people, some of whom I recognized as fellow actors. However, my attention was immediately drawn to the two figures seated in the corner: Thomas and his girlfriend.

"Is that her?" an Asian guy asked Dylan, curiosity evident in his voice.

"Yeah, it's her, (y/n)," Dylan affirmed, introducing me to the group.

They each introduced themselves—Ki Hong Lee, Will, Kaya, Dexter, and Rosa. I took in their names, trying to match faces with the characters they portrayed. Amidst the introductions, I felt a tap on my shoulder. Turning around, I saw Thomas, a broad smile stretching across his face.

"This is Isabella, my girlfriend," he introduced her, and I couldn't help but notice her beauty.

"I'm (y/n), nice to meet you," I greeted her, shaking her hand warmly.

We all settled down in the living room, finding our places. I sat next to Dylan, feeling a sense of familiarity in his presence. The group engaged in casual conversation, and the questions soon turned to me.

"So, (y/n), what's your job?" Ki Hong inquired, his curiosity getting the better of him.

"I'm an actor too, just like you guys," I replied, feeling a sense of camaraderie.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" Kaya asked, her eyes sparkling with mischief. I glanced at the group, realizing they were all eagerly awaiting my response, even Thomas, who seemed preoccupied with his girlfriend.

"(Y/n) has a boyfriend. Are you kidding me? Hahahaha!" Dylan burst into laughter, his words laced with amusement. I couldn't help but wonder why I was friends with this dork sometimes.

"Why not, Dyl?" Thomas interjected, his voice filled with genuine curiosity. Why did he care?

"Because she's not normal," Dylan stated matter-of-factly, still chuckling.

"Are you insulting me, Dylan O'Brien?" I raised an eyebrow, feigning offense. Deep down, I knew his words were all in good fun, but it was amusing to play along.
