Maerin POV:

"I want out. LET ME GO!" I scream in one of the guards face as she lead me to a cell. I fought the other guards and kicked and shoved, but they wouldn't let me loose. The guard unlocked the cell, and the other guards shoved me in, locking the cell door shut.

It was cold, loud and dark. I sat on the bed looking out the bars waiting. Though, don't know what I was waiting for. I have nothing left, no one is coming to save me from this hell hole. I felt tears starting to fall from my face.

Hours... and hours of complete darkness, I watched as guards dragged prisoners up and down the hall every few minutes.

So this is how the rest of my life is going to be. It's amazing how one quick action can fuck up your whole life.

Suddenly, everything went silent. All eyes were staring at the hallway door. I slowly came up to my sell door to see what all the states were about. I saw a guy, walking down the hall. He had bright greenish blue hair. Almost a bright sea foam green, walking down the hall. He had a smirk on his face the whole time he walked down the hall, all the prisoners in their cells eyed the guy, but he continued to stare forward with that evil smirk on his face. He slowly walked past my cell, and he looked at me, giving me a wink. I scoffed as I watched the guards open up the cell door, and place him in the cell next to mine.

"Well, well

"Well, well. 1 down 6 to go." The guard teased the green haired guy as he walked away.

The green haired boy laughed at the guards statement, as he fiddled with something in his hands. I couldn't quite tell what he had in his hands, but he put it in his pocket of his prison uniform.

As I walk to the other corner of my cell, I hear a whistle trying to catch my attention.

I look over to where the sound was coming from, and walk over to the green haired guy.

"C'mere." He whispered. He had a stern look on his face.

"Y-yes? Do... You need anything?" I ask. I was freaking terrified right now. "No. Just trying to converse." He shrugged and leaned on the bars. "Hold on." He smirked. "I know you."

"Y-you do?" I asked tensing up even more.

"Mmm... Maerin?" He said looked up and down at me. "C-correct. How do you know my name?" I ask as I lean on the bar looking straight at him. "You're all over the news." He smiled.

"I-I am?" My eyes became big. He nodded. After a moment of silence he told me that he was going to take a nap. He plopped down on his bed.

I sat on my bed staring out the cell for hours.

About a few minutes after I was about to fall asleep, the guards unlocked all the cells made us prisoners go to the cafeteria for dinner.
