Me- hello!

???- hi, is this Miss. Carter?

Me- yes ma'am, who's calling?

???- hi, my name is Victoria and I'm down here at Kennedy memorial prison (made up)

Me- ok?

Victoria- yes well I'm here with your mother. Nicki?

Me- wh- what? Wh- wh- why?

Victoria- can you come down her please?

Me- yes ma'am!

I hungup! And when she said she was with my mom I was confused why they were calling me!

"Kendrick listen, some broad called me saying my moms got aerated and she called me to come down there will you come with me?" I said

"What why? And I'll come with you for sure ! Your my girl!" He said

That made me smile but I was still confused.

"Want me to drive?" He said

I nodded "please."

We hopped in his car and drove to KMP.

When we walked in the front door I went to the desk.

"Hello, I'm looking for a woman named Victoria, she called about my mother Nicki Olverson?" I said

The woman nodded

"Victoria will be out in a moment." She said

"Thank you" I smiled.

And like the woman at the front desk said a few moments later a tall and skinny white woman came out.

"Hello I'm Victoria James." The woman said shaking my hand.

"Hi, now what's wrong with my mother ?" I asked

"Oh please follow me." She said

I turned around and waved Kendrick to come I grabbed his hand and we walked

We went into a little office room and my mother was in there she looked a WRECK! My mouth dropped when I see her

"Hi baby" she said

"Naww don't call me baby. You left me." I said

"I'm so sorry." She said

"Can it. Why am I here?" I asked looking at Victoria.

"Well, your moth- " I cut her off

"Please don't call her my mother. Nicki please I don't even wanna see her right now so just tell me why I'm here." I said

The woman nodded

"Okay well. Nicki Olverson was charged with possession of weed and crack cocaine and she will be in jail for 5 years her bail is 5,000,000$" she said

"Wait so why am I here?" I asked

"Uh she had asked for you to pay her bail.." Victoria said

"Bitch the fuck are you crazy? You abandoned me when I was 1 fucking year old! And now after not contacting me for 16 years !!!!!! Now you wanna try to talk to me when you need something? HELL NAW hoe! See you in hell bitch!" I screamed getting up and leaving.

"Wait Miss. Carter" Victoria said

"NO' FUCK THIS!!!!! You should of told me what you wanted before you made me come all the way down here!" I said and stormed out

I got in Kendrick's car

"Shit shit shit" I kept saying over and over again I didn't even realize Kendrick had gotten into the car and started driving

"Astardi! Astardi! Chill out!!!!!!" He shouted

'Count to 10' I kept saying to myself.

When I was younger I used to freak out SOOO bad!! And my dad always told me to count to ten and that would calm me down!

"1...2...3..4 ITS NOT WORKING! Kendrick I can't stop!" I started crying

"Baby... Baby! Calm down.." Kendrick said pulling into my driveway.

He got out and opened my door then I got out and he put his arms around me and rubbed my back

"Calm down Astardi, it's okay I promise. He said and kissed my forehead

"Thank you Kendrick" I said because he finally got me to calm down.

"You okay now?" He asked

I nodded.

"Okay baby.. I love you so much." He said

"I love you too Kendrick." I said his arms were still around me and we were hugging on my driveway and I was crying softly into his chest .

Then Justin pulled up the driveway

"Kendrick did you fucking hurt her! Why the fuck is she fucking crying!" He shouted charging at Kendrick

"NO NO NO JUSTIN STOP' I'm not crying because of him!" I shouted

"Oh my bad Kendrick." He said dapping him up "but aye why you crying?

Kendrick put his arm around my waste and kissed my temple and whispered in my ear 'it's ok'

I told justin what happened.

"That dumb bitch" he chuckled to himself and shook his head.

"Exactly! How does she just dip on her kids then ask me for 5 million dollars!" I said.

'Man fuck her!" Justin said.

"Babe do you wanna come over?" Kendrick asked

He never invited me to his house before! I was so curious of what it would look like!

"Okay lets go!" I smiled.
