"can you make me a coffee?" dan asks.
"of course," phil answers and he starts making it. "bad day?"
"yeah, also a pack of marlboro," he adds. "i haven't smoke in hours"
"smoking will kill you," phil says giving the pack of cigarettes and the coffee to him.
"it's okay," dan smiles drinking it. phil is a bit confused at that answer. "are the money okay?"
"yes, thank you," phil smiles.
"thank you," he says.
