Dominic's Rose

8:10pm

I pulled up to Rose's house, smelling like Old Spice dressed in all black from head to toe with a gold chain.

I honked my horn, waiting for her to come out and she didn't. I picked up my phone to call her and that's when she called me. I answered.

"Hey I'm outside waiting."

"No you didn't just blow your horn at me." She said

"What are you talking about?"

"That's not what you do when you take a lady out, Dominic."

"Well what you want me to do?" I was so confused.

"You're supposed to knock on the door and walk me to the car."

I put my head into my palms. All of this for a movie date?

I said okay and got out the car to answer her wishes.

I knocked on her door and she answered seconds later. My mouth damn near dropped when I saw how her black jeans complimented her curves. A black V-neck and her leather jacket looked sexy on her as well.

"Who told you that I was wearing black?" She joked.

"This is just my favorite color. You ready?" I shrugged.

"Yes let me get my purse."

She hurried back and locked the door.

"Okay let's go." She smiled and she was very bubbly.

We walked together to my car like she wanted.

"Black squaddd." She laughed. Rose is very goofy I see.

"Really?" I giggled along.

We approached my car and she stopped when she saw me heading to my side.

"What?" I asked, turning around.

"You gotta open the door." She gestured the passenger side.

"For what?" I lifted a brow

"It's the gentleman thing to do." She said.

I gave a long sigh and walked to her side.

"There you go Miss. Rose." I smiled and opened her door.

"Thanks." She blushed and sat down in my car.

I walked to my side annoyed. She's gonna be a tough nut to crack. I can feel it.

We arrived at the movie theater and decided that we were going to see Ride Along 2.

"Let me guess, you want me to open the door here too?" I mocked her.

She smiled. "You're learning."

I wasn't being serious, but she was. I opened the door for her anyway.
