"L-Luke?"

"You're going insane. He died five years ago" he said walking away.

"No! Stop" I grab on to his arm.

"For fuck sake! Let me go, Melanie" he says.

"Luke, I know it's you. Stop" I feel the tears coming down.

"He's dead" he repeats.

"I know it's you. Stop please"

He turns around.

"Why are you crying?" He laughs.

I look at his face again.

I see once again what I had seen a few seconds ago.

"L-Luke" I say.

"Stop calling me that" he annoyingly says.

"Why are you doing this Luke?"

"I did it for you!" He said ripping his hand out of mine.

He looked at me. I was silent because I couldn't believe it was him.

Five years. Almost six years. I thought he was gone. And all along he was here.

"I did it so you can live your life. But look at you, I thought you'd be smarter onto who to marry" he laughs.

"What?"

"Someone's looking for you" he says looking past me.

I turn around.

"You never saw me" he says.

I turn back to look at him but he was walking away.

"Wait! Please!" I run behind him.

"Fuck sake! Leave me alone" he says.

"I can't." I hug him. I don't know why but I hugged him.

"What the hell are you doing?" He pushes me away.

"Luke. Don't you understand? I still love you"

"Shut the fuck up with that bullshit" he laughs. "Well I don't love you. I actually found an amazing wife." He says. "We got married two years ago. "

"Oh"

There was an awkward silence.

"Yeah, oh" he walks again.

"Wait!" I said now being desperate.

"Leave me alone. I did this for a reason. I didn't go looking for you for a reason. Now please leave me alone." He says.

"Jai's going insane" I said.

"Don't worry about him, I talked to him last week. Everything is good"

He looked at me one more time.

"It was nice seeing you again" he said and walked off.

What the actual fuck just happen?
Was I dreaming?

James finally caught up with me a few seconds after Luke has walked away.

"Who was that you were talking to?" James asked.

"I have no idea" I responded looking at where Luke was once standing.

"Let's go" James walks ahead.

"Mel! Let's go!" He repeats. "I don't want to be stuck in the middle of all the papz"

I decided to call it a night so we headed off to the hotel.

The next week was weird. I feel like James was hiding something from me but I don't know what it is. But I didn't let it bother me.

I was having fun with my friend.

The trip was so quick. The show was amazing. I was so impressed with how the show went. The models were amazing and everything. Was well done and organized. We even had Steve Aoki as the guest DJ and he was amazing. Making me want to go to a rave.

We were currently on the flight back to California. I have a few interviews and things to get for the wedding and then I'm going back home.

James has been a good company for me this trip.

The wedding is almost here and I'm nervous.

*Three weeks later*

I was more nervous than anything.

The wedding is almost here. Just around the corner.

I invited everyone from James little group. And by that I meant the Brooks brother and Daniel.

I asked a few of my girl friends to come over to help me get the stress out. We have been working out for the past three weeks.

I never knew I was so out of shape. The first day I was so done I knocked out as soon as I got home until the next day.

Now I'm still tired but I have to do this to get things off my head.

Jai:
Don't do this!

This was a daily thing now.

Jai always texted me the same thing. And I know what he's talking about.

He doesn't want me marrying someone that isn't Luke.

But what can I do?

I'm not even sure if Luke is alive or dead.

I don't know if I was seeing things or if it was real?
