Kehlani POV.
When we got inside we saw a few people we knew from our school.
"Myah, there goes your baby"I said smiling, pointing to the boy name Marquis whose in our English class.
Marquis liked Myah. He was always flirting with her. I ain't gone lie marquis was cute. He was brown skin, 17,about 5'9, brown eyes and kinda had a deep voice.
"Girl, he ain't my baby. He get on my nerves."
"You know you like him. Don't front." I said laughing.
"Shut up!"Come on before he notice I'm here".
"Too late for that" I said
Myah POV
I turned around to see marquis walking up to me.
"Wassup myah" marquis said with a smile.
"Hi marquis".
"Oh so that's all I get is hi". He said
"Hey boy, now what you want?"I said kinda laughing.
"Damn I just wanted to come see how you was. Where Kehlani?"
I turned around to see she wasn't with me. Where the hell she go???
"I don't even know, she was just here a few minutes ago but maybe she went in a store or something."
"Oh, lemme see your phone" he said taking my phone.
" Here, I gotta go but text me".
I watched as he walked away. Damn he was sexy. I pulled out my phone to call kehlani and saw that marquis put his number in my phone. He could of told me he was doing that before just taking my phone. Anyways I called kehlani to see where she was at.
Kehlani POV.
I was in rue.21 when my phone ranged it notified me that myah was calling.
"Hello". I said answering the phone.
"Where in the hell are you?"
"I'm in rue.21, myah".
"Ima beat your ass"
She hung up. Myah crazy she she always saying she gone beat my ass. Never does.
I was looking at this cute ass outfit when I heard myah call my name. I turned around.
"What?"I said looking at her walk towards me.
"You left me". She said crossing her arms.
"I'm sorry, I couldn't wait".
"Yea, how long you been in here?"
"Not that long.Why?"
"Just asking".
"Omg there go Zay".I said looking out the store window.
"OK I see you".She said nudging me.
"Nahh.He play too many games and plus I'm sure he got hoes."
"Girl just go talk to him."
"For what?"
"Because i know you like him. I know you kehlani."
"Whatever I'm ready to go." I said walking out.

"Kehlani!"
I turned around to see Zay running up to me.
"What?"I said with a attitude.
"Damn ma, I just wanna talk to yo mean ass"
"Talk about what?" I said crossing my arms.
"When you gone be mine shorty?"
"Never. Now bye" I turned around to leave but he grabbed my arm.
"Why not ma?"
"Because I'm not about to be one of your hoes".
"You not. I want you to be my girl, kehlani. I really like you.
"I don't know" I said looking away.
"Please kehlani. Just give me a chance".
"You have to prove to me you really wanna be with me. And that means dropping the hoes. But for now we're just friends."
"Ok, gimme your number". He said handing me his phone.
I put my number in his contacts under kehlani. I handed him his phone when I was done.
"Thanks ma. I'll text you later on".
"Yea OK". I said rolling my eyes
"I'm for real" he said walking off.
I looked at the time on my phone. 5:30. I called myah.
"Hello" she answered.
"Bitch where you at?"
"I'm by the door we came in at. Where you at?"
"Walking your way now"
"OK,bye"
I hung up.
"Hey I'm ready to go" I told myah as I walked up to her.
"Let's go then. Where you wanna go next?"
"I don't know. I'm pretty tired just take me home."
"OK".
