When it's really quiet and peaceful in a room except for that one person in the room (usually my little brother or some of the irritating people I happen to know at school or on my swim team) who won't stop making this repetitive noise. This could be anything from humming, to tapping, to SPLASHING around in the pool when you're tying to listen to your coach, and when you politely ask them to stop, they won't stop, and when you yell at them to stop, they won't stop. There's just no winning here.
