Trapped in a mind where I feel more like an adult than a child
Trapped within the limits of my own teenaged brain
Trapped in a place where nobody gets me the way I do
Trapped in a world where my dream will never happen
Trapped in a life where I was born to be single
Trapped in a heart that years for companionship
Trapped in a soul that says normal people aren't good enough
Trapped in a spirit with altruistic desires
Trapped in these emotions that say I'd rather be the one that's not enough
Trapped in a body that wants to scream "I hate myself"
Trapped in a web of lies that tells me I'm a good person
