After the final battle with the vindice, and the release of the arcobaleno from there curse, verde decides to make a machine to get everyone's original bodies back....
The machine malfunctions, sending everyone present to the past, the arcobaleno are adults but the Vongola/Cozart/Varia/Gesso/Millfiorre family members that were present were turned into children
To make matters worse there not even in Japan, but Victorian England....
Verde can rebuild the machine with the help of child-spanner and child-shoichi, but he needs the space,privacy,materials, and money
