"Azzurri hasn't got anything broken. However she has fracture a joint in her left wing. And has lost a lot of blood. She will need a lot of rest and good food." Gobber translated from Gothi to Astrid and Hiccup. Astrid dropped to the ground in tears. It had been her responsibility to look after Azzurri and she had denied that! And now look what's happened!
"Whatever you do Astrid, it's not your fault! You nor I could have stopped that dragon." Hiccup crouched down to her level, trying to comfort her. Azzurri, who was bandaged from head to tail, raised her right wing stiffly and gently touched Astrid with it. Astrid looked up and smiled slightly.
"I'm sorry Azzurri! I should have been there."
"No. If you had been there, you would be more injured than I. Tramonto, my dad, is a devil. He doesn't have mercy for anyone. Be glad you weren't there." Azzurri told her slowly.
"Tramonto? Is that your dads name?" Hiccup asked her.
"Yes. I remembered his name when he was attacking me. Because it means 'Sunset'. And he only ever attacks on sunset or sunrise."
"Yesterday was sunset." Toothless said, walking in with a limp to his back right leg. He had been waiting outside Gothi's all night and had had enough. Gothi examined his leg carefully but gave the all clear that he was okay.
"When I'am better I will leave for another island. I will only being danger here." Azzurri reasoned with herself.
"Are you crazy?! You will surely die if you are on your own! No, you must stay here. If your father steps foot on Berk again, he will regret it." Toothless then walked out and flew down to the ground.
"And there goes our free flight." Hiccup mumbled, thinking about the long walk back to home.

A few weeks had passed and Azzurri was all better. Sometimes her wing would cramp up from too much flying, but usually it was alright. Toothless had become much more protective of her since her Fathers appearance. Hiccup and Astrid were getting closer and closer by the second. And Drago was planning to search for Berk after his Night Fury had arrived home with news that Azzurri was alive and with Toothless, the Alpha.

"Dad! Are you in here?" Hiccup called for his dad as he opened the door into their house. Valka walked downstairs instead.
"Your father is over at Bucket and Mulch's to address why they have three sheep missing." Hiccup groaned and walked back out and headed over to the farming area. He wanted to talk to his dad about Drago.
"Right, do we have and agreement then?" Stoick sighed out of frustration at Mulch. For the first time it was Mulch who had the sheep, not Bucket. Mulch nodded and handed the sheep back to Bucket. Stoick turned around only to come face to face with his puffed out son.
"Hiccup! What a nice surprise! What's on your mind?" Stoick continued to walk as Hiccup followed.
"Dad we need to talk!" Hiccup gasped. Stoick stopped at his sons sudden outburst.
"What about?"
"Drago. And don't ignore me this time." Hiccup replied with a determined look.

Astrid sat outside her front door sharpening her axe. It was the only thing next to being with Stormfly that took her mind of things. Azzurri walked past slowly with Toothless, those two were becoming so close now. Who knows, maybe baby Night Furies will be next.
"No dad! I have to go and do this! When will you ever understand me?!" Hiccup's voice broke the silence. Well, it broke Astrid's silence. She jumped up and ran behind a few houses before she came to the Chiefs house. Watching carefully she was able to gather some of the conversation.
"Son, I need you here! To protect Berk if Drago comes. And even then, I doubt we will beat him."
"I know a way to defeat Drago once and for all! If you were to just listen for a change I might repeat myself for the thousandth time!" Hiccup replied angrily.
"Outcast island as our allies is NOT the answer. And we don't need anymore dragons here either." Stoick then shut the door on Hiccup. Astrid doubled around a few houses and ran over to the Hanger. It was a new addition to Berk and there was still some work to be done on it. Fishlegs, Ruff, Tuff, and Snotlout were all there designing their Dragons stables.
"Guys! Quick! Follow me." Astrid yelled to them. They all followed her until they were in the forest.
"Why the hell did you bring us out here?!" Ruffnut gasped for air.
"I'm sure if I said there was Fireworm here for you to prank someone with you'd be out here in seconds!" Astrid snapped back. Tuff's eyes lit up.
"So what is the problem Astrid?" Fishlegs asked more logically.
"Hiccup's dad. I eavesdropped on a conversation they were having. It turns out that Drago is probably gonna attack here, and there isn't enough of us to fight back. So Hiccup asked his dad if it was possible to form allies with Outcast Island and bring more dragons from Dragon Island to here." Astrid replied with mischievous eyes.
"What did Stoick say?"
"He said no. Which means if Drago attacks, we are all dead." Astrid said sarcastically. The gang went silent.
"What do you suggest we do?" Fishlegs asked with worry printed everywhere on his face.
"We do exactly what Hiccup said."

"Hey babe! Is everything all right?" Astrid persuaded Hiccup in his direction. He sighed and walked over to her. Wrapping his arms around her he told her everything.
".......I don't want you to die Astrid. My father doesn't seem to understand that." Hiccup finished.
"Well then. I guess we will just have to ignore your father for a change. C'mon I have something to show you." Astrid smiled and dragged Hiccup in the direction of the academy. He frowned but followed willingly.

When they walked in the gang was waiting for them. There dragons were all saddled and had enough supplies for a week or so, including Toothless.
"What the....what is going on?" Hiccup stopped and stared at everything.
"Something to do with Outcast Island." Toothless answered his quizzical look.
"We are all heading to Outcast Island and befriending them. I'm presuming you would like to come along?" Fishlegs replied, which surprised Hiccup. He realised there was no turning this gang back so he agreed.
"Hiccup! Where have you been?! I've been looking over Berk and haven't seen you since yesterday." Stoick walked into the arena. His eyes stopped on all the prepared young adults and their dragons. They quickly mounted before asking there dragons to go.
"Where are you going?!!"
"Outcast Island!" Astrid replied for Hiccup. They all knew that Stoick would be furious. But not furious enough to call the catapults on them.
"Look out!" Snotlout yelled. Toothless and Stormfly both barrel rolled to avoid the rock. Toothless then turned and blasted three of the five catapults.
"Damn!" Stoick punched a wooden poll next to him in frustration. Valka watched with proudness as her son flew away with determination and faith.
