Flash had followed my glance and got angry.

"See, you don't have to spent time with loser Parker here, how about spending some time with me and some other cool kids after school, I know a lot of people whose accompany you'd enjoy more..."

He said and looked at Peter in a way I couldn't accept. I knew Peter wouldn't want me to stand up for him and said:

"Thanks for asking, Flash, but today's my mum's birthday, I want to be home right after school.", which was a lie. "But even if I had time, I wouldn't spend it with your friends.", which was the truth.

I grabbed Peter's arm and turned around into the class.

Peter was smiling and I knew I had said the right words.

After school we decided to go home quickly, but a twist of fate canceled our plans. On the school TV they showed that the Trapster broke out of prison. Time to work.

We quickly changed and immediately were on our way. We found the Tapster sooner as he would've liked us to.

Well, at least this was what i had thought back then.

A man in a car was on his way crushing into a stone wall.

We got down and Pete stopped the car while I got the man out of it.

He catched his breath and said "I start to believe Jameson's doing you two wrong."

"Spread the word, chief.", Peter says and swung upwards. I followed him. We landed in front of the car the Trapster had been breaking out of.

"Hey Trapster, how's it going?", Peter shouted and shot him from behind.

"You broke out of prison? Nice, really. I understand that, you clearly can't have enough of us. But actually, who does?" I shouted at him and tried to shoot his knees but he avoided the shot.

"Hey you butt brains. I knew this would draw you out.", the Trapster said.

I shot him again and he shot me, but I jumped up to avoid it, and knocked him down. He crashed into a car.

He got up and took out two metallic thingies, with a button on it.

He threw them at us and I realized it's a bomb.

We kicked them away, but then he threw another one.

We swung away but it exploded too near and our backs were stuck on the wall.

The Trapster got his pistols out.

I looked at Peter.

He thought the same I did.

Does this idiot ever learn from his mistakes?

When he pushed the buttons on the pistols and Peter and I quickly shot them.

He gave us a ridiculous look, his bag exploded again and he was stuck on the ground.

We swung down.

"This is when I leave the 'friendly neighborhood Spiderman note'. Can I borrow a pen?", Peter said.

I grinned.

Then the Tapster looked at us like he saw something horrible.

"Interesting, the villains eyes are opened wide in terror, but my spider sense doesn't ring." Peter said and knocked at his head. "Hello? Is this thing working?"

We turned around and looked at the sky.

"Wow, the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier is coming down pretty low.", I said.

"Hey kids."

I turned around. Peter was frightened much more than me and made a strange noise.

Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury, the super spy.

"Whatever you're here for, there's no need to scare us, Fury.", I said.

Apparently he was surprised that I knew who he was.

"Yeah, do you super spies see a point in sneaking up on hard-working super heroes?", Peter said.

"Kid.", Fury said, and pointed to the right. We looked over and saw people being stuck on the wall, police men and their horses being stuck on the floor and all this because we made the glue bag explode again.

"We gotta talk." He says and Peter and I look to the ground.

"No one says you didn't stop the bad guy, but look around you. Is this the way Captain America would've done it?" He asked.

Oh no, don't bring Cap into the game, I thought. Peter admired him, Cap was one of his biggest idols.

"Cap would've stopped the Trapster in three seconds. You took three minutes, with a lot of damage."

"Hey! We do a good job!" I yelled.

"For clueless jerks." Fury said.

"Yeah! Err... what?" Peter shouted.

"Look, you two. Everyone starts off clueless. Even Ironman had a hard time at first. But he learned, gradually. What do you think, if I'd help you, turn gradually into right now, for Spiderman and Spiderwoman?"

Peter laughed. "I knew it, you want me to buy self-help books. Not interested. So I think we're done here." Peter said and turned around.

"I'm serious, Peter Parker and Joi Leroy." Fury said.

"WHAT?" Peter and I yelled.

I turned around.

"You know?" I said impressed.

"Everything." Fury said and grinned. "Super spy, remember?"

"It's been what? A year now? Peter, you have honored your uncle doing what you do. Now I offer you both the chance to do better, to really learn about responsibility." Fury said.

"Translation?", I asked.

"I want S.H.I.E.L.D. to train you hard to be a better Spiderteam. The ultimate Spiderteam."

Peter's phone rang.

He grinned. "I should probably turn my ultimate cell phone into ultimate vibrate..."

"Your technique is upgraded, but try ours." He put out two web shooter and placed them onto mine and Peter's hand.

We shook our hand a bit.

"Too big, too clunky.", Peter said.

Fury opened his hand to have them back.

Peter turned away and said "I didn't say no." I laughed.

"With your talents and my training, you both could become better heroes. The next Cap, the next Ironman, one of the great."

"Thanks for the offer, but I'm not allowed to talk to strangers. Have a nice life, okay? " Peter said and I grinned.

We swung upwards and Fury was already 3 buildings behind us.

What would the world's biggest super spy think about us now?
