"Mom, I finished packing I just have to put a few things in my car and ill be headed for my new apartment, I heard the roommate is really nice." I said while carrying the box out of my room. I can't believe I'm already leaving the house it felt like just yesterday I was standing by that door, for my first day of school picture.
"Kenzie, drive safe love you!" I hear my mom yell. I grab my purse and head out the door. When I got in my car I sat there looking at my house wondering where the time has gone, a part of me is ready to leave and another part is screaming for me to stay. I pull out of the drive way and 19 year old Kenzie is ready to start her life.
