Chapter Two

I woke up confused. It was still rather dark outside – the sky had taken on a grey hue as the sun began to rise. But the room I was in confused me. Where am I?

Then, everything came rushing back. The party, wandering off into Seoul, meeting Yoongi . . .

I instantly sat up. I was on Yoongi's couch, wrapped up in a blanket. My dress and heels from the night before lay on the floor at the foot of the couch, and my phone sat on the floor in the corner, plugged into an outlet. I had been lucky that Yoongi had the same type of phone that I had.

A digital clock sat on the TV stand at the other end of the room. I squinted my eyes against the bright green light, reading 6:00. Damn, it's early.

I got up from the couch, quietly making my way to the bathroom. I tried to make myself look as presentable as possible, but no matter what I did, it would still look like I was making the walk of shame. I elected to stay dressed in Yoongi's clothes – that would probably look less conspicuous.

I walked to the kitchen, searching for a pen and some paper. When I found what I was looking for, I wrote Yoongi a quick note:

"Yoongi,

Thanks for letting me stay the night here. I don't know what would have happened to me if you hadn't shown up. Sorry for leaving like this, but I need to sort some things out.

I really can't thank you enough,
Hyorin

P.S. I'm stealing your clothes"

I gathered my things and unplugged my phone, leaving the charger on the coffee table. I took a deep breath before leaving the apartment, and Yoongi, behind.

I pulled up a map on my phone and made my way to a bus stop. I waited for about twenty minutes before I was able to board the bus I was looking for. I was heading back to the hotel that I was supposed to have shared with Jungkook and Minah.

It seemed like a stupid idea. I really didn't want to go back – I had no desire to see either of them. But, I wanted to go home, and I couldn't do that without all my stuff.

Curious for the first time, I turned on my phone. I had many texts and missed calls from Jungkook, a few from Minah, and even a missed call from my mother. The curiosity was eating at me, so I decided to read them.

I'm so sorry –Jungkook

Where are you? –Jungkook

Please come back –Jungkook

I don't want you to take this the wrong way –Jungkook

I love you Hyorin –Jungkook

I rolled my eyes as I scrolled through similar texts. What could there be to misunderstand about the situation? I caught him having sex with Minah and nothing he said would change that fact.

Where are you? –Minah

We need to talk –Minah

I sighed, then looked to see if I had any voicemails. I didn't, which I thought was weird, considering I had missed calls.

In less time than I had thought, we arrived at the five-star hotel. I still wasn't sure I was ready for what was waiting for me, but I wasn't leaving without getting my stuff together.

I walked up to the hotel desk, trying to ignore the dirty looks I was getting. I almost wanted to scream, "I swear this isn't what it looks like!"
