Okay, so now I'm dating Aomine now what? I mean how am I suppose to make him feel miserable? I wondered to myself as I walked down the hallway with my friend, Megu-chan (the one mentioned in Chapter 8). A vibration could be heard through my pocket. Hmm...... who could be texting me at this time? I whipped out my phone and a shiver went down my spine. The message was,

"Hey (Y/PREV/N), can we talk today?"

~time skip~

"So, what did you want to talk about?"

"I want to talk about you being my girlfriend."

"No, I'm sorry. I'm already seeing someone else."

"Daiki?"

I gulped. WHY DID I EVEN SAY THAT?

"Yes. So I'm afraid I have to turn down that offer."

"Why? I already said that I'll help you with your revenge already and more importantly, I have already declared my love for you."

"It's not about that, Akashi, you're a great guy but I'm sorry, I love Aomine, not you. And if you only wanted to talk about this then I'm sorry, I have to go."

"Are you sure that you want Aomine? Or do you actually want revenge? Don't go mixing those two up you know." Akashi smirked and walked towards me,until we're only an inch apart.

"It can cause dire consequences you know?"

His whispered as he took a step back.

"Well, (Y/N), I will not tell Daiki any of this. I will not resort to such dirty tricks. Instead, I'm interested in watching how your plan goes. Oh yes and after you have succeeded you can be with me of course. Or if you want to now I have no objections."

"No thank you."

I got out of the car and made my way home. Mad and slightly afraid of what Akashi might do. He did assure me that he won't tell Aomine about it but who knows? You can never know what he's thinking. I sighed as I took the keys out from my pocket and unlocked the door. I took a shower and settled myself comfortable in my couch. I was enjoying my show until Cordell popped up.

"(Y/N), I won't be around for a few days but that does not mean that the trial is suspended. It will be still ongoing as per normal."

"Oh I see." I waited for him to say more but it seems like he only came to tell me this.

"Uh......is that all that you want to say?"

"Huh? Oh right. Yes."

"Man...... you're still as stiff as ever! Loosen up abit, will'ya?"

"I'm not stiff, I'm just being normal."

"Let's not talk about plans now, so...... what do shinigamis do?"

"We shinigamis look through the memories of the dead in cinematic tapes so basically we have to collect them. That's our job."

"Oh I see......"

"Then how long have you been a shinigami?"

"Since I was born?"

"Do you know how we humans live our daily lives?"

"Yes of course."

"Have you tried our food?"

"......"

I smiled. So now I can finally introduce someone to the Japanese culture and BUY LOTS OF FOOOOOOODDDDD. Well, maybe it will consist of A LOT of cookies but hey, it's still something.

"Come on! I'll introduce you to the different types of food and it's my treat!" I exclaimed while making a peace sign. I'M REAAAAAAALLLLYYYY EXCITEEEEEDDDDD .

"B-b-but I-"

"No buts now hurry up! We must leave! To the food fair!" I dragged a speechless Cordell out of the house. It was tough work but I'll eat TONS and TONS of food later on so HECK YEAH!

~time skip~

"So Cordell~ this is called 'Takoyaki' which is like MY FAVOURITE FOOD OF ALL TIMES so it's DELISH YOU SHOULD TRY IT TOO! It's has octopus fillings inside and fish flakes as toppings. DIG IN!"

I handed Cordell a stick but he politely declined. How adamant. As I was getting impatient. I stuffed one into his mouth when he was talking.

"Whawr wr ywr do-" he paused, savoring the flavor of the food in his mouth.

"This is delicious."

"I know right!"

I gave him the rest of the 'Takoyaki's and handed him drinks. After he was done, I dragged him to the next destination.

"To the ramen stall!"

~time skip~

So today was so much fun! We ate croquettes and I bought alots of cookies for myslef I mean to share! And something REALLY surprised me.

Cordell. Didn't. Know. How. To. Eat. Ramen.

I laughed very loudly and it annoyed the embarrassed Cordell. Despite his calm and standoffish demeanour, he's actually a nice guy. Well, I'm glad that I got to know him more! I grinned.
