Chapter 27- Making up

I stayed with Stephanie for most of the week from Monday through Wednesday and if your wondering, today is Thursday

I didn't want to talk with my mom, well at least not yet

I may sound horrible, but she cant just go around with any guy she want, she is still married, and last thing I remember is she hated cheaters, guess people do change just didn't think my own mom would not a surprise my dad changed a lot more though

This week has also been horrible. My mom wouldn't stop calling and texting eventually she got tired and after a while she kept going, so I threw my phone out the window, and the results weren't pretty, now I'm phone-less, good thing, I have enough money saved up for a IPhone, and to go on a vacation, but I know that's not going to happen

(AN Sorry I like to skip a lot of days, and get to the point..  Read on)

Like every normal day, I was walking to school.. which is exhausting, I really need to learn how to drive, but knowing my horrible driving 'skills' I don't think that will be soon

~.Flashback.~

"Seriously?" I asked Stephanie she was telling me how we can 'borrow' her dad's car and try teaching me how to drive, since she knows a bit about it herself

"Yeah, Its fine. Plus your 16! you could get your license any time! Live a little!" I nodded

As people say 16 and stupid.. at least I think that's what they say two more years and I am 18. September 13

"okay, lets do it"

"So what do I do now?" I asked confused

"Um.. Seat belt?" I nodded "And start the ignition"

"This is pretty cool" I admitted

"Yeah! See nothing to worry about" That's where she was wrong

I heard a BOOM, and closed my eyes not wanting to see what or who we hit next thing was water splashed on us

I opened them and laughed at Stephanie's face her eyes were wide and her hair look horrid it was a fire hydrant, we looked at each other and laughed hysterically and got drenched

"Lets walk back to my house shall' we?" She asked and I nodded

~.Flashback Over.~

I smiled at the memories, but a car can wait

I arrived at school, and got ready for 1st period

"Hey Bri" I closed my locker and smiled at Ellian, I hugged him and said a greeting too

"Well, I got to go, I have English Lit for first period" He nodded and left

I still don't know what he is hiding. I know I like him, but I am going to have to put those feelings aside, and focus on what I want to find out.

3rd period came by and it was the period I loved the most, but the one I despise the most now, because I have Sergio and Ellian but the good thing, is I have Steph and Alex

"So, what happened with your mom, you haven't told me and its been a few days" That's right, I haven't told ALEX and I thank Stephanie for not telling her boyfriend, because I really didn't want to tell him cause it hurt every time I remembered

"Well, my mom was with some dude on the couch snogging, and she - " I couldn't continue so I just ran, like I always do.

I skipped school, well at least the rest. I hope that nobody will find me this time.

I decided I had to face the truth

I was on the porch of my house, and I saw mom's car so I knocked

There was the same man I caught with my mom, no shirt and wearing some pants

Got to admit he was fit. EXTREMELY, with a six pack. My mom is dating HIM. No offence

I think he caught me staring at him, so he smirked and I just pushed passed him

"Where is my mom?" He pointed upstairs

"She is taking a shower" I nodded and spoke up

"So, what are you and her? or what are you doing here? do you have a job? do you have kid? do you have an STD?" He laughed and then I heard footsteps coming closer

"BRIANA! Shush. We are 'Going out' as you kids call it. And he has a job, no kids and I doubt it"

"okay, now I want a explanation, have you guys you know.." I asked awkwardly I tried to hold in my laugh, but What's his name beat me to it and started laughing and soon we were all laughing

"Yeah.. we have" I made a face that showed disgust

"ewww, you and what's his name are going too fast mom!"

"Well, I guess I should introduce you, and Baby im sorry, I didn't think it would be so bad you would leave the house, im sorry" I nodded

"Hi, im Joseph. You could call me Jo if you would like" I nodded and shook his hand

"Im Briana, please don't call me that call me Bri or something.." I said nervously, I felt like I had to impress him since my mom and him looked serious about their relationship

Is it weird that I still find him very attractive.. guess I got to get over that :(

"how old are you? And can you please put on a shirt"

"35, and course" I nodded, same age as my mom

"Wait, I just realized, aren't you suppose to be in school?" She looked upset, I nodded and she shook her head but smiled

"My girl is growing up" She laughed and gave me a bear hug

"Your not mad?"

"Why would I ? I mean , yeah you skipped school, but its your like first time, and your always such a good girl I wanted to see your bad side but it never came out"

"Well as much as I love to see you happy, I have to go to Love, see you soon." Jo said and went to get his stuff upstairs, while my mom and I sat at the couch

"Bye" my mom and i said at the same time

He was almost out of the house, when my mom pulled him back in and kissed him I let out a 'awww' and then a 'ewww' after they were going too far

"Bye" Mom said again

"Well, that was eventful" she agreed and pulled me in for a hug, the rest of the day was just about me and her

As I promised. You guys made this book hit 2,000 So I updated ... Thanks so much!! Well They made-up , couldn't stand them being apart and i updated faster since I was bored and idea's just came to my head, I really liked this chapter and I loved writing it
