He felt agitated the moment he saw his parents emerging from the door. They are smiling at him. Hindi niya maipaliwanag ang kabang nararamdaman sa puntong 'yon. It feels like he's about to explode anytime. His nerves are wrecking and so is his heartbeats that is racing rapidly. He can't just calm down.

He never ever thought that this day would come into his life. Never in a lifetime had he wished for this. This feels foreign.

Uryll was not a Hutchinson when he was born— not even a single blood. Before he became one, he was just Uryll Zach Blanchard.

Zadu Hutchinson, his father, cheated on his wife and got her biological mother pregnant. He randomly visited them but never stayed for too long. Uryll got used to it and eventually adapted the routine. He was eight when he learned about the situation— he knew about Zadu's surname but he never asked anyone to why he was using his mother's maiden name.

Two weeks after his ninth birthday, his mother died. Zadu took him to their home and sheltered him. Gail, his father's wife, adored him so much— much to his confusion. Hindi niya alam kung bakit hindi man lang nagalit ang asawa ng tatay niya sa kanya. Because of that, Gail let his husband change Uryll's surname to Hutchinson to make him officially part of the family.

Hans was a jealous kid. He used to have all the affection of their parents but when Uryll arrived, he got left behind. Sa inggit na iyon nagsimula ang lahat ng pagtrato ng hindi maayos sa nakakabatang kapatid. He made Uryll's life a living hell.

A serious situation came in, Uryll found out that he got no amount of the Hutchinson blood circulating in his veins. He is not a real Hutchinson. He got devastated when Zadu explained the story behind it.

Uryll's mom's name was Deena Udela Blanchard, and was an Elemental. His real father's name was unknown. Udela doesn't want Zadu and Gail to know about it.

Udela was Zadu's bestfriend. Eventually became Gail's telepathy partner so they basically got a strong bond together.

Only Uryll, Zadu and Gail knows about the story. Uryll kept the Hutchinson surname because of his foster parents' bidding. He owe his life to them so he agreed to it.

Hans Hutchinson hated him. Panganay siyang anak ng tatay niya, pangalawa si Stanley. Stan is way better than Hans. His older brother is beating him whenever their parents are not around. Hindi niya magawang umalma dahil malaki ang respeto niya sa Nanay nito. He can't just punch him the way he did. Ayaw niyang magmukhang masama lalo na't walang ibang ginawa ang Nanay nito kundi ang ituring siyang anak.

He experienced cruelty when he was younger.

Habang lumilipas ang araw, naisip niyang hindi siya papasok sa isang bagay na alam niyang walang kasiguraduhan. He won't let anyone suffer for his mistakes. He won't make the same mistakes like his father did. Ayaw niyang maging katulad niya ang ibang tao.

He only loved Daphne as a sister like he never had, yet she left him without a word. Then after he reunited with her, they found out that they're sharing the same blood from the same father. Daphne is his half-sister.

He once said that love is not for him. Never.
