CHAPTER 34

Mikki's POV

KISS ME

In bold and capital letters.

That caught my attention while roaming around the bookstore.

I remember my first kiss. Tss.

I sighed and shook my head. I saw them paying already.  We ate and he sent us home.  Whenever I'm seeing him, the kissing scene comes flashing back in my head.

I shook my head.

"San ka galing? Bakit ngayon ka lang?" Lea asked.

"Sa mall"

"Anong ginawa mo don? Sinong kasama mo?"

"For booth" I just said and left her.

I'm not in the mood.

I went to my room, changed clothes and lied down on my bed.

I just had closed my eyes when the phone rings.

I ignored it. It stopped.

It rings again but I keep on ignoring it until I fell asleep.

"Wake up sleepy head"

I saw Lea as I opened my eyes.

"Good morning!" she greeted.

I saw my clock, it's just 5:30am and she's already prepared for school.

"Bumangon ka na, maligo ka na para makakain na tayo at makaalis" then she immediately went out of my room.

I shook my head.

We went to school at exactly 6:30am.

Everyone greeted Lea and she greeted them back.

I entered my clasroom. No one's inside yet. Except for the same gray bear i've seen yesterday at the bookstore. It's on my chair.

I frowned.

Students were entering the room as I sat on my chair and stared at the bear.

"Wow Mikki, sayo yan? Bigay ni Kerr?" someone asked.

I didn't answer.

The prof came.

"Get one whole sheet of pad paper" prof said.

I got my paper. I stared at the bear again on my armchair and frowned.

I looked at my left side and I saw my first kiss. He's staring at me. My frown got deeper. He's eyes widened and looked away.

"Only pen and paper on the armchair"

I looked back at the gray bear.

It's not supposed to be here.

"Ms. Torres, are you listening?"

"Yeah"

"Pakitabi na yang bear so we could start"

I heaved a sigh.

"It's not mine"  I said.

Our prof frowned.

"Then why is it in your armchair anyway?" she asked.

"Dunno" I shrugged.

"Amina, so we could start the long quiz" she's about to get the gray bear when he spoke.
