If you came looking for incredible writing, a fantastic character arc, and an exceptional storyline, please know I wrote this series when I was eleven years old! Looking back, it was a great stepping stone as my writing has improved and changed over the years. I am now 22 and majoring in creative writing in New York City.

Isabella Armstrong:
a full of rage, upset, and destroyed sixteen year old girl with a passion for revenge on not only Wicked, but Wendy Vincent too

Wendy Vincent:
a sixteen year old girl who can't seem to grasp the fact that her best friend, Isabella Armstrong, wants her dead for falling for her lover

Newt, Subject A5:
a sixteen year old boy who can't seem to chose between the first girl he remembers loving and the one who put him back together

They have entered the scorch now, all twenty two gladers, with a new mission to complete in order to cure the Flare they all have taking over their bodies. Isabella is back now: angry, upset, and containing a passion for murder after seeing that WICKED's plan of casting her into the desert after watching Wendy and Newt fall for each other had worked. She is determined to win him back, but Wendy isn't just ready to hand over the boy she worked for. No, she's ready to fight for him too, even if it means killing her best friend Isabella in the process.

This is a fight for the cure, for a future where they can live in peace, but also a fight for a chance at love, and after all, there is only one winner.
