"So, what do you think?" asked Teddy as he showed me another one of his creations.
We had just arrived home from the beach, and he had told me that he had something to show me. It turned out to be one of his wired sculptures, and this one was the most beautiful and meaningful one so far.
It was a Teddy Bear, and it was beautiful. It really made me happy to know that he actually liked his nickname. The most fantastic thing about it was that it was completely made our of wires, and it still looked like a real Teddy Bear.
"It... it's amazing!" I exclaimed, taking the Teddy Bear and running my fingers through it. "I love it."
"Good because it's for you," he said, grinning.
My eyes lit up. "Really?"
"Yup," he said, popping the 'p.'
"Thank you!" I exclaimed, hugging the Teddy Bear and then hugging Teddy. "You're wonderful, Teddy Bear."
Teddy smiled and kissed my forehead gently. "I have an amazing muse, that's why."
I bit my bottom lip and hugged him, the real Teddy, once more. He was just so huggable!
"I love you," I whispered, kissing his lips. I just did not get tired of saying it.
Teddy simply grinned and wrapped his arms around me. It felt a little bit strange not to have him saying it back, but that still did not change the way I felt about him. I was in love with Teddy, and I loved it.
We kissed passionately, and my insides started asking for more, but Teddy, being the gentleman he was, stopped me.
"No, Chris," he whispered. "Not here. Not this way."
I sighed. "Fine," I said.
He chuckled. "You sound like a little kid who has just been scolded," he said.
I smiled. "Well, I have, haven't I?"
He shook his head. "I just don't want you to do something you'd regret," he said.
"I know."
"Are you mad?"
"No," I said, smiling. "I'm glad that my boyfriend is a gentleman."
He blushed a little bit. "Am I weird because I have stopped you from going any further two times already?"
"No," I said, grinning. "You're perfect."
"I'm not gay," he promised.
I smirked. "I know you aren't."
He sighed in relief. "Good. I thought you had misinterpreted it all."
I chuckled. "It's impossible to misinterpret anything you say. You're very direct most of the time."
He smiled. "I have my moments."
I kissed his lips softly.
"I'm very lucky to have you," I said.
"Me too," he replied.
"So what do you want to do now?" I asked casually.
"How about cuddling and watching movies?" he suggested.
"Seriously, can you be any more perfect?" I asked, smiling.
"Actually, yes. I was thinking we could order some food," he said.
I chuckled. "That's why I love you."
He fake pouted. "I thought it was because of my charisma."
