"Whaddaya want?" Aomine asked, irritated. "U-m......I-li-ke......" "Don't stuttered and just spit it out. What the hell do you want from me?" he yelled. "I LIKE YOU!" I shouted, embarrassed. I looked down, my face turned pale from the freezing weather to a bright pink due to my sudden rise in temperature. I didn't dare to look Aomine in the eye, curious and afraid of his reply. Time ticked by as I waited in anticipation. "Um......(Y/N)? I kinda like you too......" he smiled at me.
HOLD ON A SEC. DID. AOMINE. JUST.SAID.THAT.HE.LIKES.ME. I looked up and gave him a smile back.
"Just kidding." His smile turned to a smirk. At that moment, I was bewildered. What just happened? What Aomine said was just a lie? I was trembling but it was not evident. Before I had the chance to speak, Aomine continued. "Sorry (Y/N)......NOT!" He chuckled and walked away from me.
"Eh? What just happened?" I asked myself. Still in shock, I walked back home.
I spent the next few weeks at home, in my room, sobbing hysterically. Boxes of tissue paper were strewn all over the floor as scenes of that day flowed into my mind over and over again.
