*{ Troye's POV }*

I slung my bag over my shoulder and closed my locker.

The bell had rung which meant it was lunch time.

I made my way passed everyone and made my way to my destination.

I made my way to the door and checked to make sure no one was around. (Which no one ever is, considering this music room has been abandoned for some time now.)

I opened the door and made my way over to the piano and got my notebook out and set it down.

I cleared my throat and started playing.

*{ Connor's POV }*

The bell had rung which meant it was lunch time.

I wasn't that hungry at all, but I needed to study for my science exam.

I would make my way to the library, but it's never quiet no matter how much the librarians tell everyone to be quiet.

I started walking around the school, but stopped in my tracks when I heard something. Or should I say, someone.

I made my way closer to the sound, until I finally reached a door.

There was a sign that said "Music Room #3". (A/N If you get this reference then you're awesome)

Oh yeah, I heard about this room. I hear it's been abandoned for some time now...

I quietly opened the door and saw a boy about my age sitting on the piano.

What's his name again? Troye, I think?

I quietly made my way over to a piano and hid behind it.

Troye:

I wanna sleep next to you
But that's all I wanna do right now
And I wanna come home to you
But home is just a room full of my safest sounds
Cause you know that I can't trust myself with my 3AM shadow
I'd rather fuel a fantasy than deal with this alone

I wanna sleep next to you
But that's all I wanna do right now
So come over now and talk me down

I wanna hold hands with you
But that's all I wanna do right now
And I wanna get close to you
Cause your hands and lips still know their way around
And I know I like to draw that line, when it starts to get too real
But the less time that I spend with you, the less you need to heal

I wanna sleep next to you
But that's all I wanna do right now
So come over now and talk me down
(talk me down)

So if you don't mind, I'll walk that line
Stuck on the bridge between us
Gray areas and expectations
But I'm not the one if we're honest, yeah
But I wanna sleep next to you
And I wanna come home to you
I wanna hold hands with you
I wanna be close to you

But I wanna sleep next to you
And that's all I wanna do right now
And I wanna come home to you
But home is just a room full of my safest sounds
So come over now and talk me down

I saw him take his hands off the piano and I instantly got up and clapped.

*{ Troye's POV }*

After I was done singing I heard clapping.

I tensed up and looked around the room, to see none other than Connor Franta, the guy who I happen have to have a crush on.

I blushed a deep shade of red and slamming my notebook down, trying to hide it.

Troye: U-um y-your not s-supposed to b-be here.

I said while stuttering, something I hate about myself.

I saw him make his way over to me, while I clutched onto my notebook and backed up.

Connor: It's ok Troye, I'm not going to hurt you.

Troye: H-how do you k-know my n-name?

Connor: We went to the same middle school remember?

I was so lost in focus trying to remember that I lost grip on my notebook, which he quickly snatched started flipping through the pages.

Troye: H-hey that's mine!

I said while snatching it back and hugging it close to my chest.

Connor: Come on! Not even a quick peek?

Troye: No!

Connor: Come on Mellet! Don't play with me!

Troye: It's Troye and no!

Connor: Fine, whatever you say.

Troye: W-what are y-you even doing h-here? A-aren't y-you supposed to b-be with y-your friends?

Connor: True, but I'm trying to find a place to study and the library and cafeteria aren't quiet enough for me to study.

Troye: W-well I guess I'll l-leave you to s-study.

Damn it. Why do I stutter so much!

Connor: You don't have to leave. I like your company.

I didn't think it was humanly possible to blush a deeper shade of red.

Troye: If that's okay with you, I guess.

I made my way one of the benches and sat down while he sat next to me.

I grabbed my journal and started writing lyrics, while he studied.

After a couple of minutes, I saw Connor make his way a little closer to me. I faced him and he gave me a small smile which I replied to by smiling back.

A couple minutes passed, and he made his way even closer.

I looked up at him, while he looked down to me.

And for the millionth time, I blushed.

We just stayed there looking into each others eyes, until he broke the silence.

Connor: Did you know I had a small crush on you in middle school?

Troye: H-had?

Connor: Yeah, and guess what?

Troye: W-what?

Connor: I still do.

Before he could say anything, he leaned his face closer and brought his lips into mine.

I felt like a nuclear of butterflies exploded into my stomach. I quickly started kissing back with the same amount of passion.

To say I liked the kiss, would be an understatement. I loved it.

After a while Connor pulled away, causing me to whimper and pout.

Connor: Troye, will you be my boyfriend?

Troye: I'd love to.

I said while leaning in for another kiss.
