Mr. Ray went back to the lesson on how to read music notes (which to be honest, I don't really care about).

"Uh, h-hi. Im Jade. Wait, you already know that. Um, as you know I'm Jade, Jade Thirlwall."

I mentally slapped myself before going on.

"Hopefully we can get along and become friends," I said with a smile to show she's welcome. I was glad I didn't mess that up. She probably already hates me.

Leigh-Anne smiled back.

Wow, she doesn't hate me. She doesn't hate me!

I felt excitement run up my body, realizing that this could actually be a long term friendship. Although, she's probably going to drop me when people start picking on her for hanging with me.

"Okay, class someone please tell me, what note this is, and how many beats it has."

I furrowed my eyebrows. Who doesn't know that it's a quater note, and that it has 4 beats? This is like 4th grade stuff!

"Um, Perrie! What note is it?"

Mr. Ray pointed at the white board, expecting her to answer, but Perrie sat there, starring blankly into distance. She didn't come back, untill one of her friend shook her.

Her head shot up, wondering why everyone was looking at her. I don't know why she's surprised, she always gets all the attention.

"Uh, w-what?"

Mr. Ray sighed before repeating the question.

"That girl over there is labeled as one of the popular. Everyone just seems to like her for some reason," I whispered over to Leigh-Anne.

Well, there is a reason. She's gorgeous! Beautiful blue eyes that make you melt when looking at them, beautiful golden flowing hair that ends right under her shoulders, and an amazing body figure! She has everything I could ask for, everything.

LeighAnne nodded in reply. She stared at her, admiring her beauty like all human beings would do.

There's Perrie, and then there's me. I'm like this scrawny girl with a boy-like body. No one would ever like me, especially not for my looks. Leigh-Anne is probably better off without me.  I should probably ask someone to change her dorm room.

"Hey, Leigh-Anne, just to let you know, I'm concidered as an outcast here. I get bullied a lot, so I think it's  best if we try to avoid each other. I dont want you to gey involved with my problems."

She gave me a confused look that, for some reason turned into a smile, making ME become confused.

Is she relieved now that she doesn't have to pretend to be my friend?

I waited for a reply, before remembering that she couldn't talk.
Anxiously, I watched her pull something out her little backpack.

It was a journal.

Is that how she replies? Huh. I thought it would be much more complicated. It's a good thing though. I have no idea how to read sign language.

Leigh-Anne started writing. Her handwriting was beautiful. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since this is the way she communicates.

Before I could read what she was writing down, she held it up.

Gosh she's a quick writer.

"I don't care if people treat you incorrectly. I would really like to be your friend. You seem like such a nice person, and no one has the right to treat you that way," it read.

I looked at her. She was smiling. She actually meant it. She wanted to be my friend! I couldn't help but smile at the soothing words that seemed to have healed some wounds

The bell startled me, making me slightly jump. Time seemed to have passed fast for once.

"Come on Leigh-Anne, let's go to our dorm." I pulled Leigh-Anne's hand, leading her out before people could make remarks, and headed off to the start of a new story.

A /N: Hey guys! Thank you for reading this sucky chapter. I'm here to tell you that in the first four names of the chapter, it shows the POV'S. I've been getting complaints on how I should put POV'S because they get confused on who's narrating. I understand. Just look at the name of the chapter and it will be there. :)
