~Smol Chapter Ahead~
Steven held onto Garnet's arm as they strolled through the maze of pumpkins.
Steven: GARNET!!! LOOK AT THAT ONE!!!
Garnet: Too small.
Steven: hm... that one?
Garnet: too long.
Steven: THEN WHAT DO YOU LIKE GARNET?
Garnet turned around and picked up the heaviest on like it was as light as a feather.
Garnet: This one.
Steven: ......
The pumpkin was leaning over on its side. it was obviously too fat and square. AND ridiculously HEAVY FOR ANYBODY.
Steven: Why do you like THAT one?
Garnet: It looks like my hair.
Steven slapped his hand onto his face as Lapis and Peridot turned the corner with a perfect pumpkin.
It was plump, and round. Not too heavy, not too light. It was perfectly orange, too.
Steven un-covered his face and turned around, his eyes lit up like Christmas lights.
Steven: the perfect pumpkin...
Garnet: I'm still getting this one.
After they paid, Pearl was waiting in the van for them.
They drove home, and when the got there, they could see the moss climbing up the hill.
Lapis: Steven.... is that the moss you were talking about?
Steven: PERFECT TIMING.
he jumped out the van, pulling Lapis and Peridot along with him.
Lapis: whoa...
The moss sparkled into the air, small, pink cut gems floated into the air, as lily petals sprouted around from underneath.
Steven: It's even better than the last time......
One after one fell upon Beach City.
Peridot held on Lapis' arm.
This is everything she ever wanted.
