I walked downstairs to check on destiny

Destiny was sleeping and zack was no were to be found

Where did he go?

I walked into the kitchen when someone turned me around and had a hold of my waist

It was zack

"I'm sorry" he said just before kissing me

I did not stop him

I can't stay mad anymore

"I love you" he said smiling

"I love you two" I said back

I do love him

I walked back into the living room to find destiny gone

What the hell is she join to come out and kiss me two?

I giggled at the thought

"Destiny where are you?" I said looking for her

"I'm outside " she said from the window

"Why are you outside ?" I asked confused

"I wanted some fresh air " she said looking like she was going to barf on my back yard and my mothers flower garden

I will not clean that up .....

I just realized something that in 4 days it's my birthday

Wow.... I will be 17 wow

I remember my 16 th birthday it wasn't no sweet sixteen

It was just me and destiny and my mom that's it

Pretty boring but maybe ill have a better one

"Hey isent your birthday in like 4 days! " destiny Said when looking at the calendar

"Yes.. But it's just a birthday " I said knowing how dumb it's going to be

"Wow hold the phone!! So it's your birthday in a couple of days and your not the least bit exited?! " zack said looking shocked

"Nope ... It's not like I can throw a party or anything " I said disappointed

"Or can you?" He said with a devil smile

So we sent txts out to everyone that there's going to be a party at my house this Friday

Thank god my mother works that day

"I gotta go my dad is going to be pissed me " destiny said while walking out the door

Zack had to leave as well and kissed me goodbye

Again my cheeks were red

"See yah tommorow sweet cheeks " zack said smirking

I shut the door behind him

What was I thinking how can I have a party?

I've only been to two partys!

This is going to suck

I went up to my room and starred at my ceiling and wondered

What am I thinking ?!

I guess I fell asleep

Why am I on the floor ?

Ok.... This is wierd

My mother is home way early

I am on the floor

And my closet is open and so are my drawers

I walked down stairs and found my mom sitting on the couch looking pissed

"What's wrong mom? And why is my dresser and closet open? And do you know how I got on the floor?" I asked totally confused on what has happened

"I know.... I know about it ... About it all " mom said not making eye contact with me

"What? I'm confused what are you talking about?" I asked very confused

"I know about you and zack .... I know you did it" she said still making no eye contact with me

"What the hell are you talking about I haven't done anything ?!" I said getting angry at what my mother was implying

"You two both broke into the neighbors house! " she said yelling at me and making eye contact finally

I was so shocked that she would think that!

Our neighbors were robbed and the robbers took 2,000 dollers

How could she blame me!

Why would she even think that!

"I - WE did not do anything like that!!

I am not a thief why the hell would you even think like that!" I yelled at her at full on rage

"Zack Is a bad influence on you and destiny " she said

"What? He is not there's nothing wrong with him! " I screamed at her

"So you are saying you dident do anything wrong while you have been with him !? You haven't broken the law?!" She screamed at me I know the neighbors can hear

I actually did break the law by drinking but that's it!but it's not that big of a deal!

"Mom, I did not break the law and zack is not a bad influence on me or destiny " I said trying to calm myself down

"Im sorry, I just have herd about his past things that he's done and now this about you two being accused of robbing a house " she said

"Mom who said we robbed a house?" I asked confused

"Kaylee, she said she saw you two break into the neighbors house " mom said looking sad

"I dident do that she is lieng she hates me ! You have to believe me " I said so pissed

"I believe you" mom said still sitting on the couch

I walked up to my room and texted zack

TOLD HER THAT SHE SAW US BREAKING INTO THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE!

I am going to kill kaylee

I was so tired and pissed off I could punch a wall

I just realized its only Sunday

Party is all I can think about

What is he planning?

I do not trust him on this

I don't know what to do or think right now
