Chapter 21 - Nuclear Bomb

Start from the beginning

"You okay?" I asked, he gave me the, 'how many times do you have to ask me that?' look and then nodded before turning back to gaze out the window. I tried again, throwing a screwed up piece of paper,

"I'm going to beat you"

"Come at me pretty boy" I teased,

"I will when you least expect it"

"How long do we have left of this flight?" I then heard Noah moan,

"6 hours" Angelo answered for him, Keane sighed at that,

"Do we even know what we're going to do once we land in Brazil?" Arii asked,

"We'll figure that out once we get there" I said, Keane pulled off his headphones and stood up, we all looked at him,

"I'm stretching my legs" He said, walking out of our section,

"He's not okay is he" Arii said,

"Look, you have to realise that he's been through so much and the week just passed was probably the hardest week of his life. Yes it's in the past, but he's not going to be able to just get over it quickly and act as if nothing happened. You have to be patient and not push him. I don't want to tell you what to do or how to act with your brother and I'm not trying to sound like some arrogant dick but..."

"Not at all Angelo, we know your right and we all just want what's best for Keane"

Keane's POV

Just when you think everything's going well again, like a nuclear bomb it explodes and the consequences wreak havoc and are devastating. The past week's events I wish I could forget, I wish that I could forget it all, but I couldn't and I don't think I ever would.

"Are you okay sir?" a voice said, I turned around,

"Fine thanks, just stretching my legs" I said politely,

"Is there anything I can get for you?" a time machine, I thought,

"Glass of champagne?"

"Of course sir, you are seated in first class correct"

"Yes"

"I will bring it to you," I nodded in response and she disappeared. I hadn't realised 5 minutes had passed and I knew that everyone would be getting edgy, so I headed back in, everyone looked at me, I just smiled and sat down, the air stewardess coming in literally a few seconds later with my glass and bottle of champagne. She came over and handed it to me, I took a cooling sip and she topped it up,

"Would anyone else like a glass?" She said chirpily,

"I will thank you" Tayte said,

"And me thanks" Noah piped up,

"I'll bring glasses for you all" She said walking off,

"I thought you were all going to have a go at me"

"We'd never do that" Noah said,

"If you can't beat them, join them" Tayte said, as the air stewardess came back and gave out the glasses filling them with champagne, even Arii had a glass, though I doubt she'd drink it.

The remainder of the flight went surprisingly quicker then we all thought. The process of getting through all the various port of calls before leaving the airport was what took a lot of the time, especially since I had to remove my boot for them to check it for drugs or any other illegal substances. Angelo had already declared the drugs he had, since he was a medical doctor he had clearance.
