"Oh My God. I can't do this anymore, it's killing me. I need it; I need it so much it hurts. The thirst for it is unbearable" he said, hands shaking, pupils dilated,

"Keane snap out of it. Look at me. Look at me" I said sternly, his pupils were dancing all over the place,

"I can't, I can't. It's so hot, why am I burning up?"

"Sorry, I don't want to see this, I can't see him break" Arii said heading inside,

"Are you able to handle this? Or do you need me, because I'll go after her" Talina said,

"We've got this, just make sure she's okay" I said, Keane was stood up and backing away from Angelo and Noah, "Keane just stop" I said, "This isn't you", he backed up to the pool,

"KEANE NO" Noah shouted,

"It's too hot. It burns so much" he said and then stepped into the pool, wearing his boot and in no state to think straight, let alone swim,

"I've got this" I said diving in after him. I got him to the side and Noah and Angelo hauled him out coughing and spluttering,

"Please...please help me...it hurts. It hurts so much" He screamed thrashing about, the 3 of us restrained him, "GET OFF ME"

"Noah, go and get my medical bag" Angelo said, he dashed off and Keane tried again to escape from our grasp,

"What is this Angelo? It isn't a relapse, he hasn't had any morphine. He was totally fine" I said,

"Truthfully I'm not sure. It could be a reaction to the food, his body rejuvenating again. But you have to realise it's only been a week, this can go on for months," Noah came running back and swapped with Angelo,

"No, no stop. What...what are you doing? Stop, stop"

"Sssh Keane, you're going to be fine" I said,

"I'm giving him something to calm him down and put him to sleep" Angelo said whilst injecting him,

"Do you think he's going to be okay when he wakes up?" Noah asked, as Keane's restlessness began to gradually stop,

"I hope so" Angelo answered.
