"Finally"i drop my bags on my floor back in Texas my side has been so much better me and Zach still had little pains here and their but who doesn't when they get stabbed i still felt terribly bad and Kevin went to jail we are supposed to go to court next month or something.

everyone had gone home except Zach he was gonna stay with me a few days his mom didn't like it but she realized that keeping him from me wouldn't ever happen and i got my permit i am supposed to drive with some adult in the car which means Bella "babe can you help me with the bags"

i get snapped out of my thoughts "huh oh yeah"i laugh and run out grabbing some bags setting them in my room which i considered it me and Zach's because he had a bunch of clothes here and was practically here all the time.Zach grabs my hand "come here"i smile "what"

he smiles back "i want a hug"i nod and wrap my arms around his neck gently pressing my body to his i didn't want to hurt him,or me we stood like this a few moments before we pulled away he smiles "your really cute"i scrunch up my face and he laughs i join in and Bella comes in

"i don't mean to interrupt but someone is at the door"i nodded and left Zach to go to the door i looked up at a guy "hi?"he had a clipboard and looked professional "hi ma'am are you Aryn Mallory"i nod "yes why"he looks down scanning his clipboard

"it has come to our attention that you have been living alone no adults"i shake my head no "my sister lives with me she watches me and i always have over adults considering i have a lot of supporters that i go see"he puts down his glasses

"well the state has given us the permission to take you seeing you have no parents and your sister is..."i look down "17"he nods "ah see so we will have to put you into an adoption center"i shake my head "no i'm not going that's not fair

"you are not old nor wise enough yet unless you have an adult around"i look down thinking then an idea pops in my head "so i have to have someone at least 18 to be here"he looks down "well they would have to adopt you and that takes a lawyer good enough to fight the state

which i see might be impossible"i try to think of someone "so if i did somehow beat the state with a person 18 or older i would be able to have them stay with me till my sister turns 18 then they can sign me over to her"he nods "yes but for right now i need to take you"

i look down as Zach was in total shock "is their a way she can stay here at least tonight"he shakes his head again "i'm afraid not their rules not mine"i nod "ill get to packing you may come in"he nods and i let him inside.
