II: Half The Story

Sitting across the table from Derrian, eating our dinner.

"How was work today?" I asked Derrian.

He works with animals. I don't want him working their because what if he gets eaten or something? Maybe I got a huge imagination. As for me I'm a call in nurse.

"It was okay, had to feed a bunch of ungrateful animals." He said making us both chuckle.

I lowered my head. I had a big question to ask him. I took a deep breathe which sounded like a sigh.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"What... How would you fell if I said I was... Pregnant?" I asked being serious.

"Your pregnant!?" He looked scared.

"Three weeks..."

"Oh my god..." He said now standing up.

"Are you mad?" I asked nervous.

"Hell Nah I'm excited!" He said trying not to jump up and down.

"But one question... Are you going to be here for the baby? Don't say yes and when he or she gets here then you leave because I'm going to be hell a piss. Beyond pissed. I need someone crazy for  my love Derrian... I know I'm sounding corny but... Would you dive to the bottom of the ocean for me? If the cops came running and I had no time, time depends on you, would you be for me? I just need to know. Because rather in down or rather I'm up , You know how it gets tough... I depend on you... And this baby should too... So promise whatever happens your going to be in this baby life..." I said trying not to laugh at him still having his excited face on.

"Imani... Is there something you want to talk about?"

"No... I just need to know..."

"I love you and I'm going to live him or her just the same... I'm the opposite from my father Mani... " He said walking around the table and picking me up on the counter.

I pointed my index finger on his chest and circled it around just thinking.

"Mani you acting funny what's wrong?"

"I don't know... I just don't want this baby to have daddy issues you know?"

"I said I'm not leaving you or him... I don't care if you kick me out I'll sleep in the shed out back...." He said making me laugh.

I looked up and our eyes connected. He leaned in for a kiss and I did the same. Our lips connected and it was like our first kiss all over again. My tongue poked his lips asking for entrance and he opened up. I wrapped my legs around him as our tongues tango's.  He pulled a away and I bit his lip. Then my song came on the radio..

I know its old but that's my shit.  I hopped down the counter and began twerking on him to the beat. Grinding against his semi hard package made go faster. His hands was on each ass cheek as I went. I could feel him humping against it.

I laughed at how we was actually trying to hump it. My phone rang and I quickly answered it with out looking at the ID

"Hello?"

"Hey Mani... Um... Were here at Drakes father house now..." Tre said.

"That's good ... Isn't it?"

"No... They're all assholes..."

"Really?"

"Yeah they don't like me nor Drake because were homosexuals..."

"What the hell? Do I need to make a trip down there?"

"Probably, oh and bring Isaiah, Malik, And Talia!"

"Now you know... Me and Malik ain't that cool..."

"Yeah I know... But he is funny and h-" I cut him off.

"He's annoying..."

"Girl... Oh and bring some drinks too!"

"What type of party would it be with out drinks?"

"Grandmas birthday..."

We both sat there remembering her birthday then I heard both of us sigh.

"Lord anyway... Were on our way down there as we speak." I said as I pushed passed a whinning Derrian.

"Hurry..." He said sighing.

I hung up.

"Where we going?" Derrian said grabbing the keys and walking slouchy like he didn't wanna go no where.

"I'll tell you the way nigga don't be asking questions, you my bitch!" I said jokingly. He stopped and looked at me with his tongue pushing through his jaw and him having a smile.

"I love you..." I said quickly as I wrapped my arms around his waist. As we got in the car and drove down the streets, red and blue lights shinned through the rearview mirrors.

"Fuck.."
Derrian mumbled.

"What? What is it?"

"Baby just calm down! Everything will be okay! Whatever happens I need you to go to my old friend Rashawn tell him we got pulled over and you need the money that's in the safe in Colorado springs! Don't tell anyone about it ANYONE!"He said semi yelling but he was whispering.

"What's going on Derrian!"

A knock occurred on the window. I look up to see a sheriff. He pointed his index finger down symbolizing he needed the window to be down. Derrian took a deep breath and rolled the window down.

"How may I help you Officer" he said smiling.

"Derrian? Oliver?"

"Yes sir?"

"We have a warrant for your arrest." He said pointing his gun at him.

"Get out the car with you hands up!"

Derrian did as he was told. 

"Anything you say or do will be held against you in the court of law!" He said as he dug his knee in his back and hand cuffed him and pushed him to the back of the cop car.

"WHATS GOING ON!" I yelled as I was crying.

He ignored me I kicked the head board as I rubbed my hands through my hair. What the hell is going on?, I asked myself repeatedly. Then I had to get myself together. I'm a boss ass bitch I got this... I said as I wiped my eyes and got in the driver seat.
