How long does it take you to shower?

I spent the rest of my weekend at home, being lazy, as I am sometimes. But as soon as Monday comes, I remember all the things I have to do during the week and my motivation is partly back.

Studying is the one thing I hate and have to do, while training is the other thing I love and have to do. Balance is important!

Every week the day is getting shorter, which means that the autumn is coming, along with cold weather and changing in our schedule.

It was 8 P.M. when Spitfire blew in the whistle and declared the end of today's training.

Exhausted, we went back to the locker rooms to shower and change.

I said before that I don't really like showering in school bathroom, but I had to shower this time. I couldn't stand all the sweat, which glued my T-shirt to my body. Plus, I can't let myself sit in my car if I'm dirty or sweaty.

"Hey Dash, I know you'll probably say no, but I was just wondering if you'd like to join us in after-training hang out? I mean, you probably have something else t..."

"I'd love to!" I smiled at Surprise, who seemed surprised by my answer.

"Really?! I thought you're gonna say no?!"

"I only said no before because I already had plans. But I'm free now and it would actually be nice to go out after training."

"AAAAAAA this is amazing! We'll have so much fun! I'm glad you agreed to come." she hugged me tight.

"Umm...me too... But perhaps you should let me shower first, I'm all sweaty."

"Same! I have to shower as well!"

"Okay, let's get ready quickly so others don't have to wait for us."

She saluted me and marched back to her locker to take her things.

It usually takes me around 20 minutes to shower and get ready, but I had to hurry up and I was practically done in 10 minutes.

I was just brushing my hair, when Fleetfoot appeared behind me. I noticed her in the mirror, smiling at me.

"You seem happy..." I joked as I turned to her.

"Surprise told me you're joining us tonight..." she giggled.

"Well I don't have plans tonight... And I'm in the mood for a hang out. So why not?!"

"Finally! You missed a lot of things. But don't worry, Thunderlane will explain you every stupid thought that came up on his mind last few times we hung out."

"Can't wait..." I laughed as I put my brush back in the locker and closed it.

"I'm done, so if you're done too, we can wait for others in the hallway." she suggested.

"Sure! Surprisingly I'm not the one others are waiting for."

"Nah, we're usually waiting for Thunderlane and Surprise."

We left the girls locker room and walked over to others. Wave Chill, Wind Waker, High Winds and Misty Fly were sitting on the benches in the hallway.

"Okay, I already hate it here. Where are your smiles?" Fleetfoot asked strictly.

"I'm just really tired..." Wave Chill yawned.

"Well you better be happy now, because Dash is joining us tonight!"

"Really?!" High Wind looked at me happily.

"Yeah... Why everyone is surprised that I'm joining teams usual hang out?" I was genuinely confused.
