"I... Okay, fine. But I gotta hurry up, my friends are waiting for me."
"Yay! We'll make it quick." Surprise smiled at me, waiting for Soarin to come out.
When he stepped out, he was chatting with Thunderlane about something. Lightning Streak and Fire Streak were following them, while Spitfire stayed inside the meeting room.
"Hey Soarin, I'm Surprise! We're so glad you decided to join our team!" she shook his hand fast.
"Thanks! I'm honored to be in a team like yours." he smiled, then looked at me and held out his hand.
"I'm Rainbow Dash, it's nice to meet you!" I shook his hand awkwardly.
Meeting new people is not really my thing. I don't even know how I met my friends. We just started hanging out and boom! It just happened.
"I heard about you. It's nice to meet you too." his lips curved into a soft smile, his eyes staring into mine once again.
Suddenly, Lightning Dust pushed me aside and took Soarin's hand to greet him.
"I'm Lightning Dust! Spitfire probably told you about me!"
Uhh, if she wanted to greet him, she could have wait a second, not push me. But Lightning Dust is Lightning Dust.
"Umm.. Not really, but I guess we'll get to know each other." he scratched the back of his head, probably feeling awkward.
"Oh I'm sure we will!" she giggled.
Okay, I had enough. It's my time to go and enjoy the rest of my day. At least I don't have to worry about selections anymore.
"Rainbow you wanna join us, since the lunch is still going?" High Winds asked me as they all looked at me.
"I.. I would love to, but my friends are waiting for me and I promised to be with them so... Maybe some other time. Gotta go now, see y'all later!"
I quickly said and started going towards my locker.

Spitfire doesn't waste a minute of her day. Oh well...
As I raised my head from my phone, I was tackled to the ground by Pinkie Pie.
"DID YOU MAKE IT?!"
"Oww... Pinkie... Why did you jump on me?"
"DID YOU?!"
"I did..."
"YAAAAYYYYY! DASHIE MADE IT!!"
"Congratulations darling! We knew you'll make it!" Rarity stood in front of me, offering me a hand to stand up as she moved Pinkie from me.
"Thanks guys... I don't know why I was so worried. I took the first place actually."
"Told you sugarcube. We know you well enough to know that you're the best." AJ hugged me tight.
"What can I say, I'm awesome after all." I chuckled.
"Hey, I heard you guys got a new team member." Sunset stated.
"Wha... How did you... We just found out!!"
"Oh I heard some girls talking about it. No wonder though, it was expected from him to be one of the Wondercolts."
"Wait, Soarin is in Wondercolts?!" Fluttershy looked confused.
"Since this morning, yeah..." I crossed my arms, kind of annoyed that everyone is talking about him since he got here.
