"Come on people, run!" Spitfire shouted.
"Why again do we have to do this?" Thunderlane complained.
"Because coach said so!"
"The why aren't you practicing with us?!"
"Because I'm here to replace the coach! Now give me 25 push-ups!" she blew the whistle.
Everyone groaned, already in pain from this training. I didn't have time to check what time it was and how long are we gonna keep doing this. I just knew that I was so done. My arms and legs are not gonna cooperate with me after this.
"I can't anymore..." Surprise was trying to do more push-ups, but her arms were literally shaking.
"No one can manage to finish this training and walk like they didn't even work out." Fleetfoot replied.
"I feel like I'm gonna faint." High Winds added out of breath.
"Not even Spitfire can manage to do all this and yet she's making us do it!" Thunderlane whispered-yelled.
"Don't test her capabilities! You're not aware of what she's capable of." Wave Chill exhaled.
"Stop talking or you're gonna run another 5 laps!" Spitfire shouted.
"Maybe you should try running another 5 laps after this..." Thunderlane rolled his eyes.
"25!"
As soon as she counted to 25, we all fell on the ground, lying on the grass, sweating like pigs. We couldn't even catch our breath.
"I... I'm gonna faint..." High Winds repeated.
"I need water!" Wind Waker demanded.
"I need to check the doctor after this, because I can't feel my legs." Thunderlane stated.
"Don't be such a baby and stop complaining!" Blaze shouted at him, also out of breath like the rest of us.
"Okay guys, not so bad. You managed to finish this training the way you're supposed to the last time. Next time it will be even better and even tougher. Now stretching and you're free to go home." Spitfire announced as we all groaned from tiredness.
"Ahh... Okay, let's get over with this!" Blaze was the first one who stood up.
"I can't wait to come home." I exhaled as I joined her.
"I can't wait to shower and get in my bed." Soarin added.
"Is anyone here hungry after this kind of work out or is it just me?" Surprise wondered.
"I think I'm gonna just chill here for a few minutes...or hours..." Wave Chill was still lying on the ground.
"Get up and finish this so we can all go home!" Blaze whispered-shouted at him.
"Alright, alright fine!"
After a quick stretching, we all headed to the lockers room. I decided to take a quick shower, because I can't go home feeling all sticky and dirty. It's just disgusting.
I sound like Rarity, but come on, who would like to go around like that?!
Anyways, I changed into clean clothes, packed my stuff and headed out of the school.
"I'll see you all tomorrow... If we manage to come to school alive." I joked, considering that none of us could feel our arms or legs.
"See you Rainbow! Try to get some rest..." Fleetfoot replied.
"You too!"
On my way out, I saw Soarin walking out male's locker room. He smiled as soon as he saw me, which gave me a sign that he saw me too.
