Scene: Gunjan’s Room – Morning
Gunjan stood by her window, hair still damp from her morning routine, watching the calm of her world.
Gunjan's POV:
> “Everything feels… normal again.”
Little did she know, today would flip her world, but this time, in the most beautiful way.
Her phone buzzed.
A message from Raj.
> “Can we go somewhere today? Like the beach? Or wherever you like.”
Her heart flipped.
She smiled… and smiled wider.
> “Yeah, beach sounds fine. See you in the evening.”
---
Scene: Verma House – Raj’s Room
Raj, Dhruv, and Mayur = chaos personified.
They were bouncing off the walls like toddlers on sugar.
Their boy was about to confess.
Today wasn’t just a day—it was THE day.
---
Scene: Beach – The Golden Hour
Raj stood outside her gate—
White tee, black jacket, jeans—and a look that could make poetry weep.
Gunjan stepped out—
Simple red frock, red tote bag (with the kurta box, of course)—
She looked like a monsoon bloom, full of colour, grace, and life.
They drove to the beach, eyes stealing glances.
Dhruv and Mayur from the window:
High five mode: Activated.
---
Scene: On the Beach
Laughter. Waves. Sunset.
They ran around like kids.
Raj chased her, caught her—
Gunjan’s laugh lit up the sky.
As the sun melted into the sea,
they sat watching the horizon, breathing the silence.
Suddenly, Raj stood up.
Gunjan, startled: “What’s wrong?”
Raj (firm, nervous): “Get up. I want to tell you something.”
Her heart skipped.
> This is it.
She stood, dusting the sand.
> “Say it.”
He gulped.
His heart was a riot.
His voice trembled.
Raj:
> “I can’t control myself when you’re around.
I feel like home with you.
I’ve started wanting you…
And I truly believe—I love you.”
And then… he dropped to one knee.
Opened the velvet box.
Gunjan froze—
Eyes welled. Hands still. Smile trembling.
She knelt beside him.
Took the necklace box.
Handed him her box.
> “Open this. You’ll find your answer.”
Inside: the kurta.
And the note:
> “One who gets this is special for me—so you are.”
He hugged her—
No, he clung to her like his whole world had just fallen into place.
Then he ran like a maniac shouting,
> “She said YES! She’s mine! SHE AGREED!”
Gunjan blushed so hard she nearly forgot how to breathe.
He ran back. Lifted her in the air.
She hit him playfully—“Put me down!”
He laughed, glowing, and gently placed her down.
Then, he carefully placed the necklace around her neck.
His fingers brushing her skin like a promise.
He admired the kurta.
> “You made this… for me?”
Suddenly, a photographer vendor appeared.
Gunjan: “No no no—”
Raj: “YESSSSS.”
15 photos later: Proof of one perfect evening.
---
Scene: Late Night Walk – Marine Drive
They walked slowly, shoulders brushing, hearts full.
Talking about everything.
And nothing.
Then they just stood there…
Silence. Eyes locked.
A hug.
That “we’re home” kind of hug.
---
Scene: Raj’s Room – Chaos Mode
Mayur and Dhruv:
“It’s been hours. What’s happening? Should we worry?”
Suddenly Raj walks in…
Sad face. Slumped shoulders.
Dhruv (worried): “It’s okay bro, don’t lose hope—”
Then…
Gunjan enters.
Necklace on. Flowers in hand.
Smile on lips.
Both boys SCREAM.
They jump, hug her, hug Raj.
Pure celebration.
Raj and Gunjan just… stand there, smiling.
Hearts finally in the right place.
