Eyes unreadable.

And then quietly said:
"They ruled in our favor."
You blinked. "What?"
"No breach of contract. No loss of position. We stay."
You didn't breathe.
Not until he added:
"They said the student-teacher dynamic shifted the moment you entered Hero licensing.
That from that moment on... you were equals."
You burst into tears.
And Aizawa—
For the first time in front of others—
Kissed you.
Openly.
Proudly.
In the light.
