Rumors ran wild.
Expulsion. Termination. Legal inquiries.
They even brought in a rep from the Hero Safety Commission.
You were summoned to give one final statement.
Midnight walked with you down the hall.
"You sure about this?" she asked.
"Yes."
"What are you going to say?"
"The truth."

Inside the Boardroom, you stood alone before Nezu, Recovery Girl, and three faculty leads from the Hero Committee.
"I am not a victim," you said clearly.
"I entered a consensual relationship with Mr. Aizawa after turning eighteen. I was not pressured, manipulated, or coerced. I pursued him as much as he pursued me."
You saw Nezu's ears twitch slightly.
"I recognize the risk we took. The rules we bent. But I do not regret him. Not for one second. And I don't believe he should be punished for loving someone who loved him back."
Dead silence.
Then: "Thank you, Miss L/N."
You left the room with your head high—and your heart in pieces.

Hours later, in the empty gym, Midnight found you again.
"You made your choice," she said gently.
"Yes."
"And now the Board will make theirs."
You nodded.
"What happens if he loses everything?"
You swallowed hard.
"Then I'll help him build something new."
